On what grounds can McNally and Jastremski sue the patriots?

Wrongful termination? Good luck - welcome to the unionless paradise every one of you republican ****suckers jerks yourself off to - Mass is an At-Will state. Talking **** about Brady is as valid a reason to **** can them as anything.

Edit: What is going on with the swear word filter? **** **** **** ****

Edit2: I use the word ****sucker lovingly, you guys. Yay Trump!

Take your political bull crap to the politics board

If the owners want to keep their power, surely the worst thing they can do is to let that power be seen to be being abused by the Commissioner. The more that comes out, the more obvious it is that that's what's going on.
No kidding. They should exercise their power to fire him and get someone in there who is more reasonable and realistic. That is the way they will keep their power; not this road to nowhere they've allowed themselves to be set upon.

Actually, McNally and Jastremski are under suspension. It wouldn't surprise me if they're still being paid and I think it would be a great FU to the Commish if they were reinstated after Berman rules.

I'm pretty sure the league has to reinstate them, that was one of the NFL dirty sleights if hand to try and make the team look guilty.

IIRC, the ruling was that the league has to approve the Patriots reinstating them. And even if they are, they can't have the same ball-related duties in 2015 that they had previously.

Had no idea who he was originally talking too either and i tried to give him the benefit of the doubt...

He's just joking around - parodying those that put people on ignore at the drop of an (ass)hat.

I hear he also quite likes 'dislikes' - so its win-win for the twisted son-of-a-gun.

I just assumed that Ian was trusting us to act like adults by policing ourselves, although I obviously could be wrong. It's also possible that was the intention until we abused it (certainly not a shot at you, personally).

For the record, I share your skepticism regarding all of these expected lawsuits that people have been assuming for months. We'll know soon enough.

But others want the NFL to keep fighting, especially to hurt Tom Brady and the New England Patriots but also to keep the power in the hands of the league office and not the players.

Fixed................

What? I thought he was bipolar. Oh, he's definitely getting a dislike now, that fecking codsucking arsehole.

Jets, Colts, Ravens & Steelers want it to keep going then...

wrong......the steelers were the only team to vote against the current CBA.......because of the powers given to the commissioner

All my dislikes!
