so simply...I want asked and answered by those in the media that still think the Pats and or TB12 is guilty...

"What would it take for you to believe Pats and or TB12 are innocent of this crazy accusation?"

I want to really understand their level of objectivity...if there is any. NOT holding my breath.

Don't hold your breath, the barometer for the current news folk is social media are "likes" and "followers".. so as long as they are "edgy" they will continue to be supported..

Not sure if the public perception will ever change on this, just like "spygate" which was enhanced by our local rumbswab, Tomase, who chimed in telling the world that BB photographed Superbowl practices..

A rules violation becomes cheating, and that is an easy word for the haters to remember.. rules violation is a difficult concept for most.

Okay, I'd have to see a video of him reprimanding Jastremski and McNally for deflating footballs, two forms of government ID, a police officer there to verify the whole thing, four or five of my buddies and BB taking notes, and Brady's grandma to confirm his identity.

Remember the days when everyone in the media said there is no way Brady would bring this to court because he knows he is guilty? Now it is "Brady didn't say loudly enough that he is innocent".

I guess I'm just sick of hearing the "I just know they did SOMETHING" angle. They seem to ignore the glaring answers like...Mother Nature and her Ideal Gas LAW! They'd rather twist themselves and their arguments...the shoulda, woulda, coulda, more probable then not, speculation, blah blah blah into a pretzel!

Anyone who is informed on all this stuff, the Pash/Wells Report, all the Goodell lies, the Mortensen report, the NFL's admission there is no evidence, and is still convinced Brady is guilty is a fool.

Even if Roger Goodell came out tomorrow and said this entire investigation was a farce and vacated all penalties people would still believe Brady and the Pats are guilty of something. They will just claim Roger is sticking up for his old buddy Kraft and shout how hes just doing it for the good of the league to eliminate the distraction (or some BS like that) despite the fact he admitted he lied and dragged their name through the mud for 9 months.

Its a great question, but ultimately an impossible one. It is truly impossible to the non-existence of something that never happened.
As soon as the Colts violated the rules by sticking a gauge in a Patriot football, it was over. The Patriots were guilty until proven innocent and the resulting witch hunt just looked for occurrences that could be manipulated and extrapolated into evidence.
Brady is guilty of caring about the condition of the football he throws, which is not only legal, but encouraged by rule, of not being happy when the ball was overinflated by 30% and of reaching out to his equipment guy who prepares the ball after there was an accusation of how the ball was prepared.

You can turn those facts into any conclusion you want and ask for proof he didn't do it, and it is an impossible task.

"The only way I'd believe brady is 100% innocent is if there had been cameras on the balls non stop, and if the footballs had built in pressure gauges which were double checked and monitored by an independent law firm, like maybe the firm that honest, god fearing man with the lovel mustache, Ted wells works for. In addition to that, A camera would have needed to be on every single member of the patriots, as well as a camera looking at every single fan, and then a camera for the opposing team to see the patriots signals, just to make sure no shenanigans are going on, plus maybe if we were allowed to call the patriots plays for them to make it more fair"
-John Harbaugh.

I think without a 'bathroom cam', there's no way the average hater would ever change their mind about this. They believe TB is guilty; it fits their media-inspired image of the Pats to a tee. Even if the facts show it never happened.

Funny stuff:

Reported: "The NFLPA wants the transcripts from the appeal sealed"

Mediots: Brady doesn't want the transcripts released because he has something to hide.

Reality: Kessler was on record during the appeal asking for them to be released.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Reported: "Brady says he never talked about deflategate during any of his suspicious communications after the AFCCG"

Mediots: How would anyone believe he never spoke of deflategate? That's highly suspicious.

Reality: Brady did say , under oath, that he talked about deflategate.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Reported: Brady would never want to say he had nothing to do with this under oath.

Reality: Brady emphatically states he had nothing to do with deflating footballs under oath.

The only party that is on record as lying is the NFL yet they do not believe Brady.

The horse has left the barn. Brady has been skewered in the court of public opinion and once the public forms an opinion, it is close to impossible to change it.

1. Mort releases tweet of 2 psi. Everyone from Felger to BSPN to the NFL dance around their studios while throwing footballs back and forth to each other claiming they could tell the difference between soft and hard balls. (Funny side note: Anyone who has played a game in freezing weather has played with 2 psi deflated footballs which somehow has never entered their conversation. )

2. Once everyone has solidified the 2 psi deflation mantra in their brains we then get a wonderful Sharp Analysis which births the "Competitive advantage" rage. 2 psi then becomes competitive advantage. Fumble rates, throwing accuracy, hand size all fuel the 2 psi mantra. Yeah.

3. Wells Report is released and the damning text messages. The damning circumstantial evidence. The suspicious 100 second bathroom trip. The "deflator" . AHHHHH Got em.

BUT WAIT!! Ideal Gas Law?? What? 3 tenths of a psi??

Three tenths of a psi. = Deflation Scheme , cheating, competitive advantage, fumble rates, ????

Well if Brady can't get the haters to come around then maybe he can shove it up their posteriors six points at a time.

" Brady has Gronk open in the end zone....Touchdown!!!!

And that is Brady's seventh TD pass today and there are still four minutes before halftime...."

Here's my pet-peeve on this entire fiasco....

Since it hasn't even been proven that the football psi levels were in violation of the rules (accounting for the natural gas law), how can ANYONE have an opinion on whether or not Brady is guilty of anything???!!

I watch, hear and read so many dumb pharks say "I think he did SOMETHING!" or "He KNOWS what he did". Oh really? Maybe some proof of a violation should be the starting point?

Fuggn HELLO??!!!!!!!!

They didn't record the pre-game pressure and don't know which gauge they used at halftime.....loony-tune country we live in!

That would bring the Rub-It-Inbreds back out of their holes. They've been in hiding since 2007.

For most of them, there's nothing. Even if Goodell came out tomorrow and admitted that the whole thing was made up, they'd cite the deflator text and claim that Kraft got to him and/or they're covering up something else that would shake the league to its core if it came to light.

Yup, but at this point who cares?

Time for the FU, No Apologies, How do you like them apples tour!

Ugh, that deeply flawed article. There are at least a half dozen articles that point out the flaws in his analysis. Including one done by drew fustin, who also pointed holes in exponent's analysis.
