I think the best way to look at this is what the laws for contempt of court is in Minnesota since that is where Judge Doty presides.Was he ordered to appear & didn't? It would be very rare for a judge to throw someone in jail for civil contempt. The usual "punishment" is you have to reimburse the other side for their attorneys fees & costs for a wasted court appearance or wasted time filing a Motion for Contempt, etc.
He gets thrown in jail and ****ed in the ass by some guy that looks like Terry Crews..
