Stop it, did he really say that? Increasing the suspension isn't even on the table.
Yeah, links or it never happened. Even Tanguay isnt that stupid.

This plus reports about Brady looking stoic throughout the proceedings (after meeting privately with the judge) has me pretty concerned. I hated this venue from day 1.
It's worked out pretty well so far.

I got to be honest - all of these brady sketch photoshops are almost making this whole thing worth it to me.
You are a horrible person!

So Felger just said that Kessler admitted that McNally and Jastremski did deflate the footballs.
Well, we all know they're idiots.

From the NY Post:

Berman asked why the pair would have deflated balls without Brady’s knowledge.

“Mr. Brady’s the quarterback and he’s the one who’s going to be throwing those balls. Why would either of those two people do that without his knowledge and consent?” the judge asked

“We don’t believe there is evidence of such deflation,’ Kessler replied, but “assuming such deflation occurred, it’s conceivable that Mr. McNally thought that it was something that would be good for his quarterback. But it is a large leap from that to Mr. Brady asking him to do it or directing him to do it.”

“Are you saying that Jastremski and McNally were freelancing when they deflated the balls?” Brennann replied

“That is our position, Your Honor,” the lawyer said.

There are all sorts of rumors today that he and Gisele are breaking up. Interweb rumors so could TOTALLY be piling on.

Gisele has the hots for Eugene Chung.

I'm getting kind of sick of all the sketches pilling up in this thread. Can we have separate one for these? I know it's fun to play these up but I'd like this thread focus on the case itself.

Kessler is a genius.

If this is true Tom would need to win the proposed 500 million defamation suit just to maintain his lifestyle...plus I blame Welker;)

This actually concerns me - If this was a great day for TB in court, why was he so morose? I'm worried that all of this was done today just for show and only for purposes of mediation anticipating a settlement - that the judge has already made up his mind since the main issues here are supposed to be procedural....and that Tom knows this and that's why he was bummed out - Truly hope I am wrong on this - I read somewhere that even the court attendants say that nothing that happened today can predict what the judge is really thinking. I would be feeling better about this if TB was looking more optimistic.

Then again, even if the judge winds up ruling for the NFL, TB appeals and probably wins on appeal due to "Evidential Partiality" -

This whole day must have been a big pain for Tom - Feel sorry he has to go through this

Or maybe he is just pissed he is sitting there for a stupid reason and has been coached to put his head down and look that way.I also have read that the judge maybe simply playing devils advocate with the nfl but nothing can be gleaned from brady's face .

Other reports say that Brady was sharp and attentive throughout the entire thing.

It doesn't necessarily have to mean a lot. I would not at all be surprised for Tom to feel (and look) miserable. This stupid controversy has been hanging over his head for months on end. His character has been defamed again and again, and here he is in federal court while his teammates are preparing for their first preseason game. I'd feel miserable as well.

Relax – Brady missed practice…of course he’s pissed. I mean, listen, we talkin' about practice...

Or maybe he's just pissed that he has to be in a courtroom talking about a penalty for something that didn't happen when he'd rather be outdoors throwing footballs to GRONK et al?
