to paraphrase donald rumsfeld, "We go to war with the Commissioner we have, not the Commissioner we want to have." :)
You can accept blame if that's how you see it. My point is that nobody did (or even could) anticipate at the time the CBA was negotiated that the commissioner would run roughshod over the CBA as he has. Now that he has repeatedly demonstrated his personal brand of justice, it is up to his employers to bring some semblance of fairness back to the league. If they do not, they will pay at the next CBA negotiation and we will all understand and support the NFLPA strike.

Overturned, of course. Then that would be the end of this nonsense. I don't want this dragged on any further.

Overturned since that would happen sooner.

The evidence is already there that Brady didn't do anything. I give no ****s what some hick in Denver or Indiana think, nor do I give a **** about the delusional conspiracy-ramblings that come from Jersey.
I love your GIF or gaff or whatever they call it (says the non-computer literate fan).

Sent to a neutral arbitrator to really stick it to the haters. But for Brady's sake I'd rather they just overturn it and end it right there. But then again the NFL will appeal. So it won't be over. So better to have a neutral arbitrator.

If they get a neutral arbitrator does that mean they can remove the lost draft picks?

I don't think so. Brady's court action would be separate from any action by the team. The draft-picks-lost ship has sailed.

How disappointing. :( When we win Superbowl 50 I hope every person the in stadium chants LIAR! LIAR! LIAR! LIAR! LIAR! LIAR! when Goodell is speaking during the post game celebration.

Overturned, although I'll take either. The result is basically the same in the long run. Anyone who claims Brady only got off on a technicality wouldn't be convinced by anything a neutral arbitrator decided anyway.

I just really want to see another outright, un-spinnable loss on the NFL's record in court under the Goodell regime.

I'd like to see additional poll options such as ...

- Goodell taken down with Chop Block
- Forearm Shiver administered to to the squash of said Commissioner
- TombStoned or a Pile Driver resulting in a prone unconscious Commissioner

- For those of you who would like to add an NHL flare to the options...Bloody Chiclets
