Where's that quote that Berman said Wells was independent using the air quotes?

Brandon, you're behind the times. Even Judge Berman uses "air quotes" when talking about "independence" of WellsHere's the stupidest thing I saw on ESPN and of course it came from Lester Munson. Linda Cohn pointed out that both Brady and Goodell would have to get on the stand and testify next week and asked, who would want that less. Munson said neither would want it more, that they both equally were afraid of testifying. What BS.
Tom Brady has already testified under oath; we know what his testimony will be. He has been crossed by the independent investigators. Goodell has not been put under oath and has been lying his ass off. Kessler will eat him alive.
Shocker. 'Course he won't get around to correcting what Kessler said before answering the question. So Felger just said that Kessler admitted that McNally and Jastremski did deflate the footballs.

Felger, once again, missed an opportunity to gain an IQ point and decided to kick the IQ can further down the road to perditionSo Felger just said that Kessler admitted that McNally and Jastremski did deflate the footballs.
Well, Volin perked up a bit when he was directly contacted by Dowd. I'd like for Dowd to attempt to replicate this on a few other choice morsels in the Boston Media.A day that will live in infamy -- Felger proves he's actually dumber than Volin.
no ****dell has to get on a plane and go to Minnesota for a contempt of court hearing in front of Doty tomorrow

You guys are killing me with these, keep em coming. Actually literally laughed out loud at my desk.
I can't agree with that. It seems to me you have to show that a thing was done before you can argue over who did it. There has to be an "it" before there can be a "who".This is the simplest thing for the Judge to do. Why bother the difficult look at if there was manual deflation when the NFL can't even prove Brady would have been involved if it even happened. This is about Brady and the NFL hasn't tied him to anything. That nothing happened is step 2. The judge has to work it backwards from the accusations against Brady vs forwards from the PSI
Good. NFL got grilled hard by the Judge on substance and "evidence" in Wells Report. So I just woke up and have not read the already 34 pages. Was the hearing good or bad for Brady?
Thanks, I found it.Someone from WBZ who was in the courtroom.
