just wanna say -

damn, so many ex-pats!

great to see vrabel. i'm gonna miss you big vince! alot of F bombs by obrien. romeo being romeo! hoyer & mallet competing hard.

why can't we do hard knocks? that would be so awesome!

Wait, Vrabel's there? What's he doing coaching?

As for why we can't do Hard Knocks, as long as BB has a choice we will never do Hard Knocks. I'd love to see us on Hard Knocks too, but not at the expense of other teams possibly learning how BB operates and then using it against us.

vrabel is a linebacker coach. he was like 'damn, we are the nicest team in the nfl.'

basically calling them bunch of pansies. i just love that dude even though he was a buckeye.

yeah, we will never do hard knocks. that's just too bad.

I'm fairly certain almost every team knows how the Patriots operate. The beauty is, they're powerless to stop it.

if we were ever on hard knocks it would set all types of ratings records..

Loved the opening speech from BO

Pats fans i would watch..lots of Pats players...Wilfork..Vrabel...Mallett...and Watt is a freak.

Hopkins is going to be GOOD

Watt is phenomal. As person and player. What I wouldn't do to see him here in N.E. It's basically Pats U out there and Hopkins looks pretty good for sure. Only issue is will he have someone to get him the ball.

Watt had a great line," What's Garcon doing out there fighting, he's what 112 pounds?"
I loved O'Brien's line about dealing with injuries, sounded like BB's "next man up"..Wonder where he learned that???

brady did make an apperance flashing 4 rings with big vince at the party
Them rings are icey!

Loved getting some behind the scenes with Vince even if he did come off as a baby in that pick up game. No double teams wtf kind of rule is that and who follows rules in street ball.

All the ex pats on the staff seem to swear a lot. Rac, Vrabes, and BO dropping f bombs all show.

Vrabes was funny with the pansy comments but he seems like he's still too cool and came off as more of a player than a coach. We know from his time here he has the knowledge for coaching I wonder if he has the personality for it. Maybe as he gets a little older and doesn't have ex teammates on his roster it will be easier.

I thought the RAC speech was good and I like how Watt just piggy backed on what he said.

Watt is such beast. Easily my favorite non patriot. Not sure exactly what was with the solo session at 9pm in front of a thousand fans. What's he doing by himself no teammate follows suit and why was the crowd still there?

Deandre looks ready to be #1 WR.

Lastly if anyone is still reading I would ask from their time here who do you think is better Hoyer or Mallet? Probably going to open a poll for this.

The thing that struck me was Watt doing drills and running by himself after practice. My question was: "Where is everyone else?" He probably needs extra practice less than anyone else on the team, yet he's the only one out there.

Watt is leading by example, but no one appeared to be following.

i love watt, but maybe he did that for TV? i'm sure some pratice squad dude is working hard extra, but filmmakers won't bother to film him because he ain't jj watt.

but watt is almost too good to be true.

Might be sort of a chicken vs. egg thing. He's out there running and doesn't need to compared to others because he's the best, or he's the best because he goes and runs when nobody else will.

Makes it hard not to root for the guy if he has that kind of work ethic and drive.

If you've seen some of the stuff Watt has done this summer you would have realized that was for the cameras.

Ya was more for TV...cameras change people..but no denying his will and want to be the best

This to me is why BB passes or picks players. Drafting, he'll take a player 30 spots worse in talent that'll breathe football over Kiper's best on the board all day long. Wait, Ssshhhh don't tell that to anyone.

Hopkins moves against Hall - classic.

I love Hard Knocks. And I agree I would love to have Watt here.

Watt is a defensive version of Gronk and has just as much impact on that side of the ball. Just like you can't cover Gronk 1v1 you can't block Watt 1v1.

It is a disservice to the game they do not get to face off more. It be like if we didn't get to have all those Manning/Brady bowls. : (
