I beg to differ on two points. Kraft has zero friends, respect or influence in the League on football matters otherwise the Pats would not be crapped on like they are. His only influence is on financial matters and that doe not carry over no matter what Kraft or anybody else thinks. Secondly, there is no evidence that Kraft even if he had the power wants to get rid of Goodell. Kraft can huff and puff about the League office and Goodell's subordinates but he has not burned his bridge to Goodell and never will in my opinion. All you have to recall is who was Goodell's first and most vociferous supporter in the Rice fiasco when Goodell was on the ropes.I agree. Kraft gains nothing by avoiding this meeting. In fact, he hurts himself. He needs to make himself the most powerful and invaluable owner in the League if he is ever going to get rid of Goodell.
