Graziano: "If the league said one game suspension and an admission of guilt you'd think Brady would have to take that deal"

LOOOOOOL.

I love how the league is trying to create the perception that it's up to Brady to compromise and not the other way around.

Apparently this is the NFL's idea of "good faith settlement talks." The next thing they do in good faith will be the first.

Lol, typical... If you were under investigation for a hit & run this month, and you said you definitely did not do it, and they have no proof it was you or your car, and in fact the evidence shows that the person actually may have just fallen over on their own and no one hit them... Well, bad news, Ted Wells found a text from 8 months prior that you sent your wife saying "You drive me crazy", so, since you referenced "driving crazy", you definitely were the culprit. 4 months in jail, loss of your license, and additional fines forthcoming. After all, this is "direct evidence."
Can't wait for jawgate. So...Mr.Enemkpali you texted a certain person in September 2009 "lolz man I'm gonna kill you"....

You should notify them of their error so they correct it. If nobody does, they have no reason to.

And if someone does notify them, they still have no reason to.

Goodell presser at 5pm. So expect more slander from the NFL!

So Jeff Pash coauthored the investigation's report, was okay with the NFL handing on unprecedented penalties. Now based on Pash's legal guidance they're in, what looks like, a major court battle that they can't win. How does Pash keep his job after this after all the damage the NFL has done to itself?

As i said in a follow-up, I don't have a Facebook account to make comments. If I did, I'd ask the people if they wanted to take a Quiz and tell me how many erroneous statements did ESPN make in this short story (and I'd do a word count just to give it some stats).
You can do it by emailing them. I have done it in the past but have no interest in going to their site anymore.

Per the last two available NFL Form 990 tax returns, Jeff Pash was paid $7.9 million in 2012 and $7.5 million in 2013. Unbelievable.

For that much money, there's little doubt that Pash would do anything, no matter how stupid or unethical, that Commissioner Scheisskopf wants.

This is a disgrace.

She's so right. Brady already swore under oath that he didn't do anything. But the NFL is insisting that he should confess that he did do something. I'm sure that if Brady now changed his story goodell would then point out that Brady just perjured himself and try to punish him even more

Goodell doubled down on stupid awhile ago. Having been caught in lies, the only way to save his job is to get Brady to admit guilt of SOME sort

Of course it's also worth keeping count of the leaks of information.

While everyone is rightly focused on the "11 of 12" leak, wasn't it ONE WEEK AGO that Stephen A. Smith was reporting from his NFL sources that the NFL wanted to release the transcripts, and Brady/NFLPA did not?

I seem to remember a "Bring it On" challenge from the NFL via Smith

Once again, an NFL attempt to show how strong and ****y they are even though they're running scared now

Hopefully soon someone in the media calls out the NFL Owners for violating their own Article VIII of the NFL Bylaws and Constitution - which effectively says "The NFL shall employ a commissioner with unquestioned integrity to serve as Commissioner"

I'd have to say by now the owners are "generally aware" of Goodell's litany of lies

Every day he remains in office is a reminder that at least 31 of the owners also lack integrity

Ironic given the fact that they and Goodell are posturing as the protector of the Integrity of the League when in fact they're undermining it every day this attempt to slander Brady continues

Goodell had a chance to throw Pash and Wells under the bus and say, "I was just going by what I was provided as I was not close to the investigation." but once he played arbitrator that was it.

Volin just ashed Goodell why when they correct misinformation all the time they would not correct 11 of 12 balls. Roger said they went to the independent Ted Wells and never answered Volin's question.

As if this wasn't bad enough already, the filings also show that Troy Vincent's predecessor, Ray Anderson was pulling down an average of $2.0 million per year in 2012 and 2013. So just do the math as to what Troy is making now ...

Wait, so now were back to Wells being a independent investigator again? How many times can one man change his story before he has to pay for all his lies?

Credit to Volin for asking that question. Still, a 'blind squirrel/acorn' situation.

I do give Volin credit for asking a difficult question when clearly the agenda was relocation. I clearly heard the word independent and everyone else in the Twitter sphere is also taking that word up

Lets encourage this behavior. Point out to him Goodell did not answer his question.

He must have watched Mary Tyler Moore reruns on TV Land
