I can't wait til Thursday! My only annoyance is that the NFL has incorporated its old "Preseason Live" offering into its new US version of Game Pass. I've bought the Preseason Live offering for a couple years now for like $17 because I live in Pennsylvania and it was the only way for me to catch Pats preseason games. Now I'm staring at $99 to buy the whole Game Pass deal which I don't want. Anyone have any other options?

I believe that it's on ESPN on Thursday, and chances are pretty good that NFL Network or ESPN will carry at least one more game. (EDIT: the game is on NFLN, not ESPN)

All in all, I will pay a big fat ZERO and be happy seeing 2/4 games live. The other two will have to wait until the next day on NFLN, as they show every single game on replay.

You can watch ALL preseason and regular season games LIVE online if you get gamepass for about $100-130. Just VPN into https://gamepass.nfl.com...i did it last year and it worked flawlessly. Let me know if you need some technical help or have questions.

Yes, @Simple Jack's Brother was insanely helpful on this topic last summer.

I did not need to use it myself b/c I have the Sunday Ticket, but this man is the "go to" for this particular subject--hands down. I believe I still have some of his posts tacked on my desktop for setting up a VPN.

Something to consider for those who may be pondering a season long subscription service.

Can you just use a DNS service or do you need a VPN?

Pretty sure you need the VPN, as there is no other service that's supposed to be offered in the United States due to the TV negotiating rights with Directv's Sunday Ticket.

Didn't know the Pats game would be on ESPN, awesome. If I can see at least 2/4 live then maybe I can wait for the replays of the others like you :D

Howe says that Bolden is taking control of the passing back role?? I have to say, Bolden just doesn't seem like a natural passing back to me...i'm consistently dumbfounded when he gets put in that group. Am I crazy?

Let's give peace or Bolden a chance if he's separating himself from the pack its a good thing. We will have to see how far he has come with his hands and route running. One area I think Bolden is well ahead of the others is the most Important Pass Blocking, it's not all about catching its' Blocking those free LB's coming in on Blitzes. Bolden is a tenacios ST's player who has laid the lumber on quite a number of moving targets. I think that helps him alot in the Blocking deparment. The Key is keeping #12 upright!

FYI: I did some researching this morning and found out the Pats-Packers game will be aired nationally on NFL Network Thursday night, not ESPN. For all you out-of-region fans like me :)

I'm using adfreetime.com (DNS) instead of a VPN. It costs $2.00/month and it won't reduce your internet speed like a VPN will.

You'll need to mask your IP address, one way or another, so that it is not showing up as coming from the United States.

@supafly Another interesting service i came across that may make things easier (and i think someone mentioned it here last summer), is a Google Chrome extension called Hola. You simply add the extension to your Chrome browser, and once it's turned on, functions as a VPN all on it's own, no separate download necessary outside of the browser. Once it's turned on, you can get into the gamepass page, and then once signed in, turn it off and enjoy crystal clear quality streams. :)

Watch out--Hola steals your Internet and puts you in a botnet. I used it for the last 2 seasons but it's all over the news now.

Yeah i don't ever turn it on or even enable it EXCEPT to log into gamepass and watch NFL games...even then i'm on Hola for a maximum of about 2 minutes at most. I read through the permissions when i downloaded it initially and it scared the hell out of me...but it's super convenient for this specific purpose. haha

I would certainly recommend any alternatives listed by @Wheelman or any of the VPN's i mentioned a while back if you're willing to put in a little time/effort to watch the games.

I've been reading that GamePass in other countries isn't even free anymore. Personally, I think I'm going to snag the $100 college discount for Sunday Ticket.

Oh snap, hadn't even seen that yet...my gf is still in college, sooo it looks like she's about to register for sunday ticket. haha

I was reading that they don't show Thursday or Monday games. Make sure to confirm before you purchase. Also, people posted about lag and subpar streaming quality.

Yeah typically you're only limited to the Sunday games if i remember correctly. Different broadcasting rights on thursday and monday.

Here's what I read on slickdeals:

Thursday night, Saturday night (a few of these are late in the season), Sunday night and Monday night games are not included.

I started signing up the NFL Gamepass every year since 2010 and it was never free.

I think it was free in the Netherlands for quite some time.
