Likely impatient with Flynn's hamstring injury- he had it prior to coming to camp and it seems to have been lingering for way too long.

They need a live arm now.
Who is out there who may translate well to our system?

I like Lindley or Thigpen for potential camp arms.
Im afraid Matt Flynn will be signed by the Bills inmedietely and maybe get valuable snaps lol.

Whoever they sign has a realistic chance of playing in the first four games (if Brady loses his appeal) and then will likely be cut. So I would think a veteran who has started games would be the way to go. I can't believe I'm saying this, but what about Michael Vick?

Not much to think about. Flynn isn't so much better than JAG off the street that you should risk having only one QB on the roster while he heals (and doesn't practice).

I hear Chris Simms is available...

That's too bad.
Obviously the most complicated position to pick up.
Halfway through camp. Whoever comes in won't know the playbook; won't know the receivers; won't know the blocking.
Just hope the role is not needed.
