4 hours online anger management class? LMFAO! As if that's going to help. More NFL* posturing.

Exactly. THis is right in Goondell's face and has been for years but he comes after New England, a flagship NFL franchise where families of any team can come and enjoy an NFL contest without the threat of a gigantic punk free for all breaking out all over the stadium.

Goofdull has to go. Now.The owners have to crap can this shytbird and his henchmen and hire competent, well educated individuals from a cross section of nationwide eligible candidates.

we all know colts, ravens, and jets fans are leaders of pats hatin', obviously. they hate us because we routinely ruin their dreams. nothig makes me feel better to see jets/colts/ravens fans cryin'.

but i just realized niners are up there with them. they are joe montana fanboys and very insecure. i always thought they are cool with brady because brady is a cali boy, but apparently they aren't. met many niners fan recently, and brady is a major threat to them. they hate his guts.

I've known a good few 49ers fans out here in Cali. As always, the majority are totally fine. The people that go nuts on online forums are never really a representative sample. But what I will say is that the obnoxious ones are really obnoxious. Like, Ravens-level bad. I still wouldn't wish the offseason they just had on anyone, but man, some of them are so obnoxious that I'm glad they'll be rooting for a 5-11ish team for the foreseeable future.

Agreed. I lived in the bay are for 2 decades up until recently. The Niner fans I know/still chat with are not Patriot hating (they know this thing has been blown WAY out of proportion). Those who go on the Internet and shout loudly and ignorantly are a common problem across all ranks. The ignore button (the mental and physical one) is the only way to combat this kind of sad idiocy.

They're just jealous we've done something they havent done in years....

We actually beat the Seahawks..

The most dangerous fan base.

Most of them have knives, brass knuckles and have served prison time.

Call them the Sanctuary 49ers?

Raider fans are scared of them.

The Hells Angels of the NFL fans.

Really if you think about it, there aren't too many fan bases that don't hate the Patriots. I live near Washington DC and it's not too bad here I guess, mostly because Redskins fans are too busy hating Dan Snyder, demanding a new head coach ever other year, and arguing over RG3.

.
Living down here, I would say Eagles fans don't hate the Pats, but are more jealous. They blame McNabb for the Super Bowl loss but the credit (for the non-hatred) goes to Andy Reid and Chip Kelly. Reid was one of Belichick's supporters during Spygate, likely because he had his own things (wink/nod) going on....and realized it was a BS infraction.... While individual players go off the reservation like Freddie Mitchell or Cary Williams, they are usually reined in pretty quickly..
I can't find the link but when Kelly was hired he essentially said he wanted to recreate the Eagles into a team like the Patriots and I think BB respects him which is why they had the joint practices last year...

a foreign substance that allows montana to grip the ball and rice to catch the ball and roger craig to hold onto the ball is far worse than being "generally aware" that "more probable than not" .3 psi of air may have leaked out of a ball. cue brunell crying.

I feel almost every other NFL fanbase hates the Pats. It's whatever. WE ALL WE GOT. That really should be the theme of this season.

Eh, Niners fans have enough issues of their own this year.

They look to be the Bay areas SECOND best team for the first time in a long time.

They've always been the most penalized team in the NFL though, so they have that going for them. And that was before Jerry "Stickum" Rice decided to expose himself as a career long cheater.

i'm making the logical step to "sticky rice"

laughing punk gangbangers...look at them...all over the stadium...THIS is what Goodell is appealing to...THIS!

I haven't seen a fight at a Patriots game since the early '90s. Shortly after Kraft bought the team that all came to an abrupt halt.

Ridiculous...and WE are the scumbags?

The best brawl (by far) that I ever witnessed was between fans of Charlestown and Saugus at a HS hockey tourney at the old Garden in the early 70's. Too bad that I didn't have my i6 back then, because I was sitting front row middle in the balcony and had a perfect view.

On the left end of the Garden was a small section of Saugus fans. On the right end was a huge Charlestown contingent who were not taking their team's beating well. All of a sudden, this huge mob of Townie fans start marching down to the other end chanting "WE DON'T MESS AROUND, EH!" as they went after Saugus. When they arrived they were like a giant swarm of ants overtaking a small group of insects.

Now the best part.

As they marched back to their side of the Garden still chanting, the last Charlestown kid was grabbed by the back of his shirt and dragged down into the Saugus section, where every girl there was swinging their pocketbooks and smacking the crap out of that kid, completely unnoticed by his chanting friends. Those girls didn't mess around either.
