We all love, Tom. The man could crash on all of our sofas in a time of need at any time.
(He's rich as **** now so he won't come knocking, but if he did, what the hell, i'd make breakfast, too)

I think that, while most of us are fascinated to take a look at the Tom Brady who isn't justifiably and rightly on guard against the American sports-media, we feel a bit of remorse and guilt peering into his private life since we respect him as a man, and not just some meaningless celebrity.

That said, the bright side to this is exactly why we're fascinated to begin with. Usually historical figures have to die and leave behind a diary, but nobody uses diaries now, and I don't see emails regularly lasting through time without it being an intention.

We are the patriots everything is a big deal >

I haven't read a lot of them, and won't outside a headline piece or something someone here thinks is repeat worthy, but these snippets alone now exist in the history of the NFL to combat a weakening Crygate/Deflatehate argument that's essentially crumbling before our eyes. People who lean on "cheater, cheater, cheater," just look too pitiful now. I laugh at it now. Like, sincerely laugh at it.

The Pats have reduced the fan bases of the AFC to Jet fan clones. Bitter, jealous, borderline insane.

So instead of a diary, years after his death, we get a glimpse into his emails, while he chases a 5th ring.

The comments about the media, Brunnell, the conversation about Peyton - it's all part of his legacy now, and it's a really nice fit.

It sucks his privacy has been ripped to shreds like this, but we all know Tom a little bit better than we did last week, and apparently he's even more awesome, and he sees things exactly like his fans.

I'd rather not read his e-mails, honestly, although I have read a few put in front of me by various articles and tweets.

if they're funny I'd def read them.
like, I think there's some buddy of his, 'beav', that sounds like a good read according to whatever local pats guy, but I'd rather not sift through to find him.

Rich enough to hire someone to monitor the board - enough reason for me to pretend he did so, and can feel all the lurve <sic> :D

I have read a few emails. But they were only the ones which have been posted directly to this forum. Namely the two above, the stupid pool cover, and the Manning one.

Beyond that I can't bring myself to go to another one of these sites and sift through all his private emails, I respect the guy way too much.

But as for the two emails above I thought they were great. It goes to show that he thinks much like us. Essentially, "We are the Patriots. They hate us cuz they ain't us." He could create a PatsFans account (pipe dream) and he'd fit right in. :D

"Brady has no reason to turn them over if he has nothing to hide. Leaks isn't a valid excuse."

Exhibit A....

wouldn't mind reading some of those emails about bridget moynahan.:)

i really like the manning jab, im sure the national media will run with it tomorrow.
maybe peyton will respond!

I think that he wants to play until he is 45 is the best news!
