Judge Berman shouldn't take this as hyperbole and demand that Wells creates a list, single spaced of all the "ill-advised" decisions that were far worse than these and the ones that are slightly below. Essentially, a top 100 or 200 of ill-advised decisions based on his 40 years as an expert. It might be the 2nd best thing that comes from him, other than his mustache.
