So what's the penalty for lying to all of the world on the SB telecast?

Harbaugh clearly stated that he called Pagano, so the email completely outs him as a liar. I can only hope that someone is going to flat out as him why he lied on the SB telecast. I hope his reaction is on video.

Why would they email Grigson to begin with? Shouldn't they go straight to the NFL? Grigson doesn't seem to be the proper person to deal with any potential issues

According to the OTL article, they had full knowledge of the video inside the elevator, had seen it, lobbied Goody to go easy on Rice and publicly stated that they had not seen the video until the TMZ report.

They are saying that the contact between the two teams was about a kicking game issue having to do with a play the Patriots tried to run, and not about deflated balls for play.

The Ravens just released the actual message a little while ago. It had something to do with the refs not rotating the kicking balls or something. There is no mention of the Patriots or deflation.

But they admit that their guy called Pagano, prior to the AFC Championship game. Which of course directly contradicts what Harbaugh said on the Superbowl telecast. Who knows what was said on the phone.
