Brady's Emails Revealed in Court Docs

Really nothing relating to this topic, but in addition to what the OP posted, I found it nice that Deadspin stated there were many emails between Bridget, Tom and Gisele about his kid that were all very civil and nice. So much for Tom being a loser/mistreating Bridget.

This got my attention. I haven't read the emails, and am not going to. This epitomizes why. There is a little boy involved here. Nothing against Deadspin, glad to read they have been anti-NFL on this, but them publishing whatever they did makes them part of the problem. Sometimes in life you should say "no" as a matter of common decency even if saying no costs you a few bucks.

Jeez, I feel bad reading those.

Goes to show that something is just flat out WRONG about having your PRIVATE e-mails and texts leaked to the public. Even if they're harmless stuff like that.

Thought he didn't say that until after and clearly he couldn't live without the phone going by the transcript with"Brady wasn't credible after that" and "it was one of the most ill advised things in his 40 years of law" stuff

Oh, really? Ill advised? Actually it was what every lawyer would have advised, wells included.
You're being disingenuous by arguing against an only partially defined position. Brady was asked for his phone. He refused, on legal advice. He was then asked for transcripts of Deflategate content, as defined by Brady's att'y. Brady refused again. The inference is that Wells would not have pre-determined Brady's lack of credibility had Brady acceded to the compromise request. Also, Brady's emails would not now have been all over the internet.

Just making sure we all have it right before we get shot down by the haters.

It sounds as if brady didn't care too much about getting a new pool cover

I can't bring myself to read anymore than what has been directly posted in this thread. Makes me feel uncomfortable reading private correspondence that has nothing to do with the matter at hand.

So innocuous emails about Brady securing a new pool cover for the winter are part of what they considered might be "relevant" emails. Does anyone not see now, that if Brady had turned over his texts, texts that nobody needs to see or read would have been divulged?

All this does is prove that Brady was 100% right in not turning over his phone!!!!

where are all these emails slowly coming from? I know they weren't sealed so public but where are all these people getting them one by one? is there central place for all of them?

Although I am very interested in learning about how Brady thinks, I have too much respect for privacy to go out and read those. These e-mails we given to the NFL, but are not part of the unsealed appeal doc, right? If so, the NFL leaking these is effing crazy. A new low.

Couldn't agree more. I'm the same way. Every now and then a family member has an issue with their computer. I would never, ever consider looking at an email of even a family member, let alone someone I have no relationship with.

As I said earlier I started reading them but when I got to the poolcover one I stopped. Just didn't sit well with me.

It is complete ******** that Brady felt compelled to do this just to clear his name.

It totally discredits anyone complaining "he didn't turn over his phone, he's guilty". They can now sincerely **** off and return to "the deflator" narrative.

Transcripts of deflategate content? So you are saying wells wanted him to hand over incriminating stuff that he didn't have?

gooodell was given the text and call logs issued by AT&T and deemed that "it would take too long". Even though it took 100 days for investigation, 25 days to set the appeal hearing date and 35 deals to rule on the hearing.

What kool aid are you drinking to think Brady's email would have never been over the internet if he had handed over his phone? Any text messages he would have turned over would have been all over the internet too.

For all you guys concerned about bradys privacy.. His emails were made public like the transcripts of his appeal hearing by his team of lawyers not the nfl. I am guessing they included them to show the judge the extent that they tried to cooroperate with the wells report... Basically look at all the crap we did give them and they are still saying we did not cooporate.
Thanks. I thought that was the case, but wasn't sure.
I think this is all starting to blow up in the NFL's face...and they might just be smart enough to realize it.

My guess is if these were filed with the court they are getting them through Pacer.

Actually, to Deadspin's credit, they didn't print those emails. Just summed them up by saying they were civil and Gi was often included. Though I'm sure TMZ will get ahold of them and they will get printed eventually.

The sworn statement by the computer foresnics guy is laughable. He was given various terms to search and the results are hilarious. No doubt further proof of Brady's guilt. I mean, obviously, when Brady refers to his shoe size as a 12.5, he is speaking code that he wants the balls deflated!!!

Requested Search Term:
12.5 Term as Searched: 12.5

Result
: 12 files containing one or more instances of the given search term were discovered. These were contained in seven e-mail messages, three PDF files, one plain text document, and one XHTML document. The files include discussions of Tom Brady’s shoe size, a description of working hours in a day, and distance in miles

It's a really good thing Brady doesn't wear a size 11.5 shoe.

Wells: "Sure, you've showed us that's your shoe size, but it's more than a coincidence that that's also close to the PSI of the balls we tested. Double Guilty! No Appeal!"

Goodell: "Ted, only I get to say that."
