Where DID the leak re "Tom Brady wanted to have this sealed" come from ? Clearly, the Brady camp specifically asked for this to be shared.

Judy Batista, nfl.com writer.

Note comments from Reiss today:
Released notes show that NFL's Pash was involved in editing the Wells report. It was not, in fact, an independent report, but reviewed and revised by Pash. Pash's role and opinion has been demonstrated by the reluctance to address the incorrect leaks, and refusal to allow the Patriots to do so themselves.

I was just going to post "From an NFL mouthpiece." It's the same as the "Brady doesn't want to appear in front of the just, wants to call in" BS that Breer was peddling a couple days ago.

Coming from those people, it doesn't matter if it's true, just as long as it makes the league look good and Brady look bad.

And when questioned about that, Wells claimed attorney-client privilege.

That would be the best possible outcome.

Really? IMHO the best possible outcome would be for Berman to vacate the suspension, not order anything to replace it, and issue a scathing opinion of how bogusly Roger and the NFL operate in contravention of the CBA.

Wells:

So it was really hard to give them credit for the good stuff when he’s basically looking you in the face and saying, I’m not going to give you my phone.

Brady is found guilty because Wells was offended that he wouldn't give him the phone that he had no standing to get.

Espn whatever......Stephen assmunch Smith. Typical bs, didn't have to be psychic to know how this was going to go. Brady...phone....
Deserved suspension.....smug Brady....knew what was going on
..not about cba...about Brady cheating..Kessler tried changing the focus..speaks over Bayless...rolls eyes and several dismissive gestures. Typical.

Up next...Ray Rice...he's sincere...deserves a 2nd chance...100% vouch for
Character...new man.

Loser...........
I HATE that guy! !! Why does he have a job? I know Cowherd was about out the door but regardless they said they let him go and they have other people too who have said alot less offensive things than this jack ass!

And said he didn't want

So NE gets the harshest penatly in NFL history. HoF QB suspended for four games.
Reputation sullied and personal attacks by members of the media ("Liar, cheater, etc. et al.)

And all because Tom Brady listed to and heeded legal counsel.

The world's worst Hollywood screenwriter couldn't make this **** up.

I am very frustrated with the continuous and false leaks. Until docs like this come out - it is impossible to believe anything being reported. Sham and a shame.

Tom E. Curran @tomecurran
Mike Florio on PFT Live corrected me. Transcript (and Brady emails) released because judge ordered. Not by PA choice @ProFootballTalk

But, yes, in Post #638, SVN correctly points out that Florio is wrong:

"Kessler clearly asks in the transcript that this me made public same day and NFL guy ignores him. But no one in the media has picked up on that sadly."

Comment by this guy truthprofessor from the PFT article: "Transcript proves NFL didn’t know air pressure could drop naturally"
  1. truthprofessor says:Aug 5, 2015 9:16 AM
This November your air pressure light will come on in your car. You apparently can blame Tom Brady for taking air out overnight, according to the NFL, Colts fans, Ravens fans, ESPN, and legions of other Patriots haters everywhere.

That dude Brady gets around! He’s deflating tires in Australia as we speak. This must stop.

If Tom Brady is reading this, when you deflate my tires this winter, please sign them, " Best wishes, Go Heels, Tom Brady, GOAT"

There's a white Sharpie taped in the wheel well over the driver's side front tire. Thank you.

And just like FIFA who went and edited the FIFA corruption investigation report by Michael Garcia.

FIFA = NFL

I've been saying the same thing. If this whole charade were a Hollywood movie, nobody would go because the plot is too absurd.

I HATE that guy! !! Why does he have a job? I know Cowherd was about out the door but regardless they said they let him go and they have other people too who have said alot less offensive things than this jack ass!

And let's not forget that one of Stephen A Smith's best friends, a guy that he defends and supports every chance he gets, is Floyd Mayweather. Mayweather, who has a long ugly history of domestic violence.

So to recap Smith's position, Ray Rice and Floyd Mayweather are good guys even though they beat up women, but Tom Brady is a smug ****y douchebag who shouldn't be allowed to play football because Smith is convinced (without any evidence) that Brady told someone to let air out of a football

Wouldn't more exhoneration be on the table with a neutral arbiter? I would think the scope would be more expanded and the NFL* could be slapped down more often and harshly.

Maybe they NFL* could be shamed into returning the draft picks. Let the rest of the NFL* fight their own battles and find a way to beat the Pats on the field instead of having the NFL* try and do it for them.

Smith is also a mouthpiece for T Vincent. Who had no clue of the IGL.
