So why didn't the NFL request Jastremski and McNally at the appeal ...

Appears as a footnote ... just more b.s.

Adam Jones is still adamant that Brady did "something" and deserves at least a game maybe two....
How can one read that release today and come to the conclusion that he's guilty of Anything......?????
Jones just carrying the felger line of the pats are always at fault
You think he read the whole 400 pages. Everyone will consider themselves transcript educated based on brady missing 3 text messages.

Kraft needs to use all his leverage to further support his statement that the NFL can not be trusted and start naming names. Giving Goodell two draft picks is completely unacceptable. Time to get the crowbar...

I think actually this is "the moment" for actual football fans. ESPN is reacting as if it is a true story with two sides. This has been building - it's not like 2008.

We'll see whether the Mafia Shield* angle continues to gather momentum.

I suspect that they have damning evidence against the NFL and were payed off to keep quiet by the league itself.

What I hate is that I'm hearing over and over again 'everyone's spinning this, everyone's putting their own slant on it', it's a way to disregard Brady's cell phone excuse and a whole host of things that paint Brady in a bad light.

But point me to one single thing that's been proven false from the Patriots and Brady's side of things? There isn't anything there, nothing. Meanwhile we have Blandino lying, Gardi lying, Harbaugh lying, Goodell lying, Wells lying, Mort lying, false leaks and misleading info from the NFL. Over and over again. Lies.

But yea, Brady testifying under oath lied over and over again, that makes more sense than the NFL railroading the Patriots which we have PROOF of. ****ing idiots, everyone.
Obviously the transparent NFL wouldn't do anything to objectively hurt it's integrity.

I think it is great they released this, however ( flame inbound):

- Anyone and everyone including Pats fans will see things how they want.
- I think Kessler did a nice job.
- I think Brady is very credible but know that the general public will see it different.
- Wells seems like a buffoon
- The media and general public won't care he was under oath, it is a very cynical world we live in
- clearly the NFL was out to get the Pats and lots of people in the NFL and other team lied
- No NFL officer, Team employee is going to be in any trouble other than the Pats, I would get used to this.

Finally: I'm not sure how any of this changes the court case. The court case isn't about determining guilt, it's about if the NFL followed a process under the CBA. I think it can be debated either way. At the end of the day this is all going to fall on the judge. I'm certainly willing to hear how this changes the court case.

This is pretty damning IMO.

Q. Dean Snyder, last question. What is your
2 bottom-line takeaway from the work of the -- the
3 statistical work of Exponent?
4 A. It's just not -- it's partly the setting,
5 it's partly the impromptu protocol, but it's also
6 the work that they have done statistically. The
7 combination is it's not something that leads to
8 reliable conclusions.
9 And, certainly, it's certainly not the kind
10 of scientific work that I would be comfortable with
11 reaching judgments about people. I'm in a very
12 different situation from the Commissioner, but these
13 are -- these are not reliable findings.

Who is snyder interviewing ?

Kessler was interviewing Ted Snyder.

Who was the Dean of the Yale School of Management, who is one of the leading experts in statistical analysis in the world

The reality of this situation is that if McNally or Jastermski COULD flip on Brady and expose him, they would have MONTHS ago.

These guys don't have any loyalty. If a guy like McNally is so pissy because he didn't get a pair of free Uggs, he's certainly not going to pass up a million dollar book deal as the guy that brought down the worlds greatest QB.

Such nonsense...

If there is one thing to be grateful for it's that none of these guys were named "Matt." I got so sick of Patriots assistants named "Matt..."

Why on Earth would Columbia recommend Exponent, of all places? They had to be aware of its rep.

I'm thinking the recommendation was... "This is crap. If you want someone to 'prove' this crap, you need professional provers of crap like Exponent."

I've only got part way through it and I can't be the only one who thought Goddell sounded like a moron every time he chimed in with a question. Man I want to see this man go down!

With all these revelations, the actual conspiracy between the Ravens, Colts, NFL, and Paul/Weiss is actually much more coherent than their original plan, which was captured on video:

Brady cannot bargin now. Total exoneration.

FIFA = NFL

Bring in the FBI, I want people to go to prison.

Well sign the petition and pass it along!

I lol'd

Interesting in Brady arbitration transcript, Loren Reisner was "independent investigator", yet he was conducting cross examination for NFL.

@AdamSchefter Dear NFL. You keep saying independent. I do not think that word means what you think it means
