Hasn't Skip generally been open to the pro-Brady angle? I haven't paid any attention to ESPN. He probably did a chicken little act in the aftermath of the Wells Report and "destroyed phone-gate".

Could be totally wrong, I refuse to pay attention to anything ESPN.

Historically, VERY pro-Brady the Player.

Not pro-Brady during Deflategate.

I remember him taking the role as Brady's advocate in verbal jousts with Stephen A Smith with Smith being hte Brady hater. This during deflategate, too.

I must have fixated on a couple of the episodes I saw in airports a month or two ago.

Agreed. The "tide is turning" stuff started driving me crazy a long time ago, but the anti-league angle is definitely becoming the default media setting.

The vast majority of the public think ESPN is a highly-reputable news source- Bayless' viewership.

That should tell you the kind of people who are responding.
