Scott Chandler seems to be working in nicely

I think his addition is important, not only to give the Patriots bettering scheming possibilities but for quality depth at the TE position.

He was a no-brainer signing.

I'm excited for him on the team. We should light it up in the red zone even more now. That's a lot of big targets

I think he was a FA last season too. I wanted him on the Pat's last season. Either way, thrilled to have him on the team. 6'7", good route runner with good hands and catch radius

IIRC, the Bills got him re-signed either right before or after free agency started. But I could be wrong.

EDIT: It was 9 days after free agency started.

i was excited about this signing. this guy was good with the bills having no one throw to him. and being the #1 option. here he will have gronkowski take alot of the coverage away from him and has a MUCH better QB

Charles "hands of" Clay ? JK, he's a good TE too.

He should easily be the second most productive TE in the division this year.

Most underrated signing of the season for the Pats. With a real QB and teams focusing in on Gronk he will destroy teams.

On paper : great signing. Not having to play against him: also great. I hope this all translates on gamedays.

Guy has never even sniffed the playoffs in his entire career...Here's hoping he helps us hoist another Lombardi.

Chandler & Gronk both on the same side lining up next to Soldier or Volmer in short yardage or in the redzone is a comforting thought.
