Hard to say, but he did build a pretty big spread right on Prout's Neck in Scarborough. His wife is a former news anchor for a local TV station and has ties and/or family. I'm not sure. I know a few lobsterman who have some traps in the water just off Prout's Neck and probably get right up close to his house. We could probably get a large horn for one of the boats to make regular visits at sunrise.
