Some owners want to lessen Godells power

I don't know why Patriots fans like this.

I want to watch Goodell destroy some other NFL franchise, hopefully the Ravens, Colts. They deserve it.
Not gonna happen. Colts and Ravens have been getting away with cheating for years. Colts changing the rules, noise gate, turning up the temperature on us. The ravens with their own bounty gate , ray rice, throwing a challenge flag with no timeouts to get timeouts. They will never be seriously punished for anything.

Soooo.... August owners meeting.... Vote of no confidence time?

Nothing so crass.

But a motion to control expenditures on investigations, requiring owner approval etc. plus a request ( i.e demand) to complete and act on the already approved and imposed review; and subsequently houseclean the "under-performing" front office staff (i.e. fire Kensil, Pash, Gardi, Vincent) would be appropriate; and could garner a a majority of owner votes.

That is how its done cleanly and the dagger between the ribs, applied while smiling all the time. They could even give them a gold watch; and/or a Certificate of Appreciation on their way out the door.

I think there is a quite a bit of jealousy generated by other owners of Kraft's "influence" and the credit he has been given for the lockout and also some antagonism towards him from others who maybe feel that Kraft "should take his own medicine" and take his punishment. I would not be surprised if Jerry Jones feels his franchise was unfairly penalized over the salary cap issues and he now sees a chance for payback. There are no doubt going to be power struggles going on behind the scenes with these wealthy and egotistical billionaire owners and a few probably sense a rift between Kraft and Goodell and want to fill the void so to speak.
What do they think he did in the notoriously overblown spygate?

Yes. His powers need to be eroded gradually.
