On Sirius XM Radio on Friday, July 31, 2015, our nemesis, Bernard Pollard said:

"When you look at it all, and you know, I do not like Tom Brady as a competitor -- somebody that's playing against him because he is a competitive player," Pollard said. "I respect the [urine] out of him because the guy knows how to win, and the guy, you can say whatever you want about him, but the guy is a true champion. He understands it.

"For me . . . do I feel that he should be suspended four games? I'm gonna tell you: No. This dude, they say everybody's doing it, and yeah he just happened to get caught. If it was him or somebody [else], I don't know who it was, how they did it, when they did it. But this dude is a competitor, man. I don't think he should've been suspended for four games. But I'm not the commissioner, I'm not on that committee that suspended him, and I know he's going to fight tooth and nail like he does on the field to get back on the field with his team."

When ex-players like Pollard start circling the wagons against the Commissioner and his Star Chamber, you know that change is in the wind. No matter how this shakes out, the NFL is in for a war with the NFLPA wherever there's a fight to be picked. This mess is going to cost the owners money and power for years to come.

And Pollard has the strongest bias against Brady of anyone that I know.

I heard Pollard once on the radio and he was 180 degrees of what I was expecting. He is no dummy.

Exactly. He's just saying it doesn't matter that Brady cheated. People like this don't help.

All these players or former players still don't even read the report. They just say it's no big deal or everyone does it. There's no proof that Brady even did anything! Read the god damn flawed report. F*ck Pollard.

Wow good on a Pollard. Seems like an obvious stance to take but apparently there are some jealous players in the league who like to pile on. Pollard ain't one of them.

Pollard's an idiot and a huge, ahem, "rectal orifice". But even he realizes that if Brady and the Pats can get railroaded like this, then any team and any player can too.
