August 12th Meeting to be open to media? Oh no.....

Either way I don't really care. I doubt the NFL has anything left to throw at us. They already would have by now.

Bizarro. Judge Ito, Kardashians.... everybody's back for another round.

I'm not sure I like this.. It doesn't really say to what extent the coverage will be. Cameras or 20 BSPN and nfl.com media people? The NFL* is slimy and the media is not our friend... and if it's on TV i'm taking that day off from work.

This is great news. Nothing about it is bad at all. No more leaks.

How can you be so sure ? Everything up to this point has been calculated leaks.

Because everyone will be in the court room. It won't be "according to a source" rather it will be an actual first hand account of what happened.

Now how many times have we said that?
It is what it is. If we can't change it hope for the best. If Kessler and co are as good as we think it should be fine. Besides the NFL benefitted far more in the privacy of the appeal. If the public actually saw what was going on people might have a different opinion. Kessler himself called it a Kangaroo court.

It's better than giving the league weeks to prepare the worst possible way of framing information. IMO, anyway.

This is our first victory - a transparent negotiation process open to the media. I don't recall anyone's most optimistic timeline contemplating this, and we were forced to endure a closed door appeal with the NFL.

We also have court proceedings starting in weeks that we can probably expect to be as transparent as the settlement talks were ordered to be. I hope to see it on HLN.

We are right where we wanted to be, thanks in part to Brady being unwilling to back down. Guys...

I would definitely much rather want to see it before my very eyes

For real. Of course the nervous ninnies are panicky about everything. If we have faith in our boy TB12 and his case then we should be perfectly fine with it being open and the league being unable to pull dirty **** without consequence in privacy.

No one cared about the PSI.... that part still irks me. It was never - in NFL history - very important to the League. Until 2015.
