Let's all forgive Bob Kraft

Or, maybe , just maybe, Kraft genuinely meant it?

Same as I feel about Tom Brady, I wish people would believe him too, maybe, just maybe, he is telling the truth.

I put my faith in both of them and after following both of them closely throughout their entire association with the Patriots, I think I am right, period.
If Kraft "genuinely meant it" (and all that entails), it's tantamount to admitting incompetence and he has no business running an NFL franchise.

The guy couldn't get the NFL to even correct the PSI report, but he was genuine in his belief that the league would do the 'right thing' by Brady?

Just how gullible are you willing to be?

When will Kraft speak up & demand that Kensil be fired for leaking false information?

I stand by my earlier statement that Kraft's rant the other day was more damage control for Bob Kraft than support of Tom Brady.

He apologized to the fans twice. Because he knows he has lost the respect of the core fans.

If you want to win me back - say you want Kensil fired !!!!

Until then, you have lost my respect. A too little too late rant with no substance will only win back the people who are just looking for a reason to forgive you.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

I really want to accept Kraft's apology and reasoning for his capitulation after sounding very adamant about seeking the truth and apologies from the NFL, BUT not just yet. I also want to see how the rest of this shakes out before I am fully convinced. Kraft had me believe that he wasn't taking this lying down only to be floored by his acceptance of the penalties for the "betterment of the league". I just want to see him make some actual efforts using his resources to end this BS and smear Gooddell along with actual attempts to take him out as commissioner.

As for now, thank you Bob for not leaving fans and TB and out on the ledge, but your words will no longer convince me, actions will.

I'm not persuaded by Kraft yet. To me his speech looks like a Goodell-esque move of just doing what he thinks his public wants.

One speech & email release is a start. Let's see what happens when the NFL fires back. Will Vichy Bob again surrender at the 1st shot or 2nd, or has he finally gotten the resolve he needed frankly back in 2007? I'm skeptical but open to welcome Bob's continued offensive vs the NYFL front office.

The question for me is whether Kraft truly understood the depth of hatred throughout the league office, from top to bottom, and their wholehearted determination to bury the Patriots. And how involved Goodell was in directing their actions, rather than being undermined by them. If Kraft fully understood all that and did not challenge it, then he was not doing his job either as the owner of this franchise or as a leading voice in the oligarchy. But if he is just now coming to grips with it, I'll grant him his chance to fight.

I'll even allow him a little psychological denial. The league IS out to get the Patriots. If you're Kraft, that's a hard thing to wrap your head around. Even after Spygate.

So I'm with PWP. Let's see what happens next and reserve judgment for now. (BTW, PWP, great avatar, may the dragon fly soon).

He can burn in Hell. I feel less hatred because he got had. But he can go to Hell cause he's stupid for trusting RG..... Not like he did not get burned by RG before.

Burn in Hell Rob.

Stay classy. You just might be headed there yourself with that flippant attitude.

I don't forgive him. too little to late for me. if he said he decided to take the league to court then that's a different story. I'm interested in actions not words. I think people who are so quick to let Krafty off the hook are very naive. just like kraft was to trust goodell.

I totally agree.Kraft caved to please his fellow owners and not to upset the applecart. He did not cave to help Brady he did it for himself, and all this is simply damage control because he underestimated the reaction of the fans.
