Seriously, I don't see how Brady doesn't win this. If I were the Patriots, I would demand an appeal or go nuclear and take them to court! This was a frame job!

He'll have plenty to say about it. Florio is probably salivating over these. He's been firmly against the league for months.

I read these and continue to wonder why Bob Kraft laid down like a rug? He was holding all the cards and folded.

Kraft was never going to use these emails. Scorned by the League Office...

What Kraft did will never make sense in any universe at all. I'm given up trying to find a reason for it.

One would think that publishing these emails had to be approved by high ups in the organization. This isn't just some minor addition to that website. Still these emails should have been brought to light the second the Wells Report came out.

My woman's intuition tells me that Roger Goodell lied to Bob Kraft. That's the only reason I can think of for Bob to back down like he did. Well he got stabbed in the back by someone he trusted and now, the gloves are off. It's as simple as that. I would do the same thing, but I would also go punch that liar in the mouth. But that's me.

Should have gone public with the emails even before the Wells report was public. You won't correct the false information then we will.

Florio is just like Volin in one respect.. He surfs the internet looking for storylines and juicy scoops.

The difference is that Florio has 1/2 a brain, reads and does some homework, makes a couple of calls to test the interest level of his story and runs to copy. Thats how good journalists do their job.

Whereas Volin surfs, rubs one out, watches TVLand, drinks a juice box and tweets.

I definitely think, at the very least, Kraft was naive enough to think that his "peace-making" role in league disputes was respected by Goodell, and he thought he got some handshake deal that never really happened. Though I also think legacy and $$$ played a big role in his caving. Biggest blunder the Pats made obviously.

As much as Florio grandstands and does weird moralizing to troll, bottom line is he is a lawyer and can navigate the legal fog better than most. This is also, IIRC, how he ended up taking the players' side during the Saints bounty fiasco. He is smart enough in the court domain to know when things are askew and he uses that to get hits.

Whereas Volin has to wait for his mom to pick him up at the bus stop (TVland lol).

These emails are fascinating ! BUT, they are worth as much as the paper they would be printed on. The only way they'd be helpful, would have been if KRAFT had fought this. Since he didn't, these emails don't mean ****. Sure they are damning as far as the NFL letting one of its member teams get destroyed in the press, but obviously they didn't seem to care.

To add, this doesn't help Brady in any way shape or form. This is all PR for Krafty Bob, he cares more about his Brand than Brady.
