Jason Cole from Bleacher Report is reporting he spoke to 3 owners who are tired of deflategate and how much it's cost and gone on etc...especially when it's about something that's not that big of a issue. And think it's time to get a independent arbitrator to handle these things. Could the tide be turning ? I mean all we've heard before is support for the commissioner by owners.....
Sorry I couldn't get the link to copy but it came up on bleacher report.

Jason Cole. Enough said.
I've never followed him so guessing from your comment not very reliable...that sucks was hoping it was true, guess I should know by now not to listen to anything that's sounds a little positive.

the word is "lessen"

And some owners continue to say the company line that rog is doing a great job. F*ck the 32. They are pure evil.

Could the tide be turning ?
How many times has that been written on this board in the last six months? I don't think it is. Did you see Jerry Jones say how Goodell is doing an "outstanding job" and John Mara saying that Goodell's "intention is to always try to do the right thing." There will be more of that, too. Face it, Goodell makes the owners, Kraft included, a **** ton of money. That's what they care about.

So Cole has now reported that there are players against Brady and owners against Goodell. Sounds like one giant mess, which would be awesome.

Good point , I need to quit getting my hopes up because your right it's probably not going to change.

Thank you for posting this. I don't think you were wrong to do so. This is encouraging news. Jason Cole is not the best reporter out there, but he's certainly not the worst either. And clearly, he has a pipeline to a bunch of owners, willing to share information with him. I would not discount the significance of his report. He's credible.

If it is true, it represents a big shift from the owners from just a couple of days ago.

I would love for it to be true, but Cole is the same guy who reported that a bunch of the NFLPA reps were pissed at the union for taking Brady's case. Not saying he's wrong, but I suspect that he takes kind of a shotgun approach to these general sentiments that he reports.

Lmao...hey it's been corrected, so I passed the test:)

Instead of getting your own star, you will get a gate instead.

Spellgate

Soon enough there will be as many gates as there are stars.

I absolutely believe this. There were rumblings a year ago about this very issue. When it comes to doling out punishment hes been highly controversial, erratic or his ass has been crushed in court for overstepping his authority. It's bad for business. Under Tags and Rozelle you barely (maybe wrongfully so) heard anything about this.
