That guy sure got a lot of publicity for his website -- which I imagine was the whole point of the exercise.

Too bad he didn't use the tactic of sending a streaker out onto the playing field; Matt Chatham demonstrated what to do about that gambit.

Hahaha wow that was awesome. I think if that guy stayed on the line another couple of minutes he would have been converted to a Patriots fan. I love how Light got him to flip flop.

It actually didn't work out too well. Spent a lot of $$ (that cost him at least $1200-$1500) and despite all the radio appearances, TV time, etc., he garnered all of 600 Twitter followers. It's great he got a little pub on TV, radio, etc. but from a marketing perspective, he didn't get much back for the long-term. I was really, really surprised given all the attention he got.

I Tweeted last night that if I had paid for that, I would have been disappointed.

There was one quote suggesting that the plane was flown by a friend of his. Maybe he paid for little besides the banner itself.

But yeah -- buying website traffic is easy until you remember how low its economic value is.

I get the plan, he was promoting his Twitter acct in hopes of probably getting 10k-40k followers, which would have been pretty valuable if that's what happened. Unfortunately it didn't work out that way at all...although I obviously don't feel bad for him given his prank

I respect the prank in a way but I love that it all got ruined by Sheldon Richardson and the Jets didn't know.

The best part was Matt attack on Screwdell. I love it. Screwdell's days are numbered. And the owners will be exposed as well. Life is good.

Wish he would have said something along the lines of...

Matt Light is killing Goodell! "When Tom Brady didn't give him what he wanted he was throwing a temper tantrum like a 2 year old"

Light also called out Goodell and the CBA negotiations saying he wouldn't even talk about a neutral arbitrator. He was happy to continue the lockout. Light said Goodell wasn't an honest man and much more about that scumbag tyrant.

I don't blame the guy.........the jets have been gum under shoes forever......anyone who is a winner would appear arrogant to them
