So there's a key point here, because the substance abuse policy is automatic. He already has a 4 game suspension, and the next incident after that comes with a 10 games suspension. I just don't know if that little bit of wording means that they'll charge him with anything marijuana related. It seems they have a few other things to worry about that are a bigger deal, but that don't trigger automatic suspensions.

Just suspended 4 games because of several weed violations, and goes out there, smokes, speeds (with a 12 year old in the car), had a gun too ? Not for nothin, but if Brady gets 4 games for not doing anything wrong (at least proven), this guy needs to be banned forever, he's a horrible, deadly person. This could've wound up a Paul Walker type situation, or a shootout, just bad. Wow. I can already tell you Goodell won't do **** about this, but if he had one iota of decentness in him, he would suspend this guy for a year. I'm not counting on it though.

Force the Rats to cut Richardson since it is not good to have Richardson giving the Rats and the NFL* a black eye like this, but since the NFL* is forcing the Rats to cut a player they wouldn't cut otherwise, the league can give the Pats forfeited pick to the Rats as compensation, and since that will move the total 1st round picks back up to 32 the NFLPA will be happy.

he wont do anything to his beloved Jets. he will say something like, he is a troubled young man and needs to be more careful. Plus it also takes away any chance the Jets have of being successful this year.
