Read the transcript and disappointed to read that he thinks Brady will lose. At least some experts (like McCann from SI) thinks the odds are slightly in Brady's favor. Here's to hoping for the best.

McCann said today on EEI he's 60/40 in favor of Brady. Some spouthern cracker professor from New Orleans thinks"them dang yankees are gonna git what fer!"??? Eisen had to dig pretty friggin' deep into his hater sewerhole to come up with this clown. Wassamatta Rich, nobody in the NYC tri state region willing to play along with your dog and pony show?

His guests are booked and paid for by the NFL on that podcast.

John Dowd, the guy who got Pete Rose banned, thinks the NFL case is weak.
Stephanie Stradley is supposed to write something for tomrrow and she's been on the Pats side (against her team allegiance to local team, Texans)

I'm not sure where he's coming from on his analysis. He keeps using the term 'trial'. Actions to confirm and vacate arbitration awards do not proceed as trials. They are summary proceedings.

Looking at his resume, he appears to focus on antitrust issues. I have seen some large arbitration proceedings in federal court, and the "stretch on for years" statement sounds more trial-like than arbitration-like.

Don't really buy his game suspension injunction conclusion either.

He is not the guy to be talking about labor law issues.

Wow..shocking!!! Well, in that case, FAIR AND BALANCED!!~! The NFL booked the guests. That PROVES IT! Brady and the cell phone in the kitchen with the hammer...the winning CLUE!!! Now Rich can host another hit NFL show in the "Beat The Clock" format! Yay!

Here's the thing about everyone saying this is getting thrown out the window or that an injunction is a long shot.

There are some very strange circumstances involved here. It's not going to take long for the judge to read the report and I'm pretty confident he/she/they are going to look at the filing case points. Tampering involved with Jeffrey Pash, the whole neutral arbitrator thing. Kessler hit on everything that was needed to get this thing going and then some.

If John Dowd tore this thing up without little time and thought what makes anyone think a federal appointed judge won't.

A bunch of comics around here sometimes. People seem to forget that several cba violations were broken by Goodell and his goons. The nfl and the cba will never be above the labor laws in this country even though they tried to pretend they were these last 6 months.

Injunctions are so rare that it took me seconds to think of a few examples off hand from just the past decade or so. Super rare indeed.

I actually think Eisen has been pretty good about this.... Plus I thoroughly enjoyed this breakdown of today's BB press conference!
