Remember the Felger and Mazzes of the world saying that Brady would never bring this to court because he is guilty and he is afraid of what can come out. And if he was innocent, he would bring it to court.

How quickly that storyline disappears when Brady actually does file suit. Now he is just stupid because he is guilty and he is going to regret bringing this to court because the NFL has a bombshell to get him.

nothing better than doubling down on stupid.

then again, why are you listening to them? Like to inflict pain on yourself or testing your ability to tolerate such drivel (trying to give you an out here :) )

Unfortunately they have a very easy out. They will just say that the original reason Brady would have been afraid to go to court was because he would be forced to give up his phone, and since it is now destroyed, he can now do it.

Its quite simple the reasons change with the seasons.

People should remind those clowns about that. I dont live in the area but why would locals keep tuning into those guys shows for ratings when all they do is constantly trash the home team. Sports radio is supposed to be super homer-ish

The NFLPA's filing confirms that while under oath at the appeal, Brady specifically denied any knowledge of a deflation scheme by anybody. I'd say that's taking a far bigger risk (perjury) than what all those clowns said would happen (being found definitively guilty).
