Hadn't thought about this. It's on page 106. The hack that wrote the article needs to go back to journalism 101 and the editor should get fired. Bad grammar and wrong facts. Then again its ESPN.
The numbers are there. Probably not hard to figure out the last 4. So Brady said I'm getting a new phone with a new number. Probably knew it would be in the report. His friend saying May may be a mistake.

Cooler/non corrupt heads would have seen this and said well we didn't ask for the phone, and even if we did we really didn't expect it because of the precedent it would set. So we aren't even gonna say anything.

He's been on other shows today so don't know if it's anything new...but he went into detail about how Tom did cooperate, covered the time line of how things played out. Says tom gave themm his actual cell phone bills from Sept through February 28th and it showed every single call and text # and they would give them who each one was so they could contact to get texts from their phones because tom has a policy to delete all emails and texts due to privacy issues in case he would lose his phone etc. And that there was not one single texts or calls between him and ball boy so the he was texting both of them was a lie.

Oh and other interesting thing was they contacted Tom's cell phone provider to see if texts could be retrieved and they have a actual letter from the cell provider saying they could not, which goddell has, that was the reason for going route of giving bills with numbers and giving them their names so they could get Tom's communications off of there.

This is a great example of why the "journalists" can't be taken seriously, for the most part. It's not just Breer, but he's a great example.

If Kyle was appointed by Bush 1, that must be good for the NFL? Well Doty was appointed by Reagan--a notorious union-buster--himself, and Doty is the NFLPA's best friend. So clearly that doesn't mean much. Also find it kinda funny that Breer had to rely on a "lawyer friend" to point out what I was able to Google in 30 seconds.

BTW, something that has gone under the radar and could be HUGE. The NFL Lawyer, Jeff Pash edited the Wells report prior to it's release.. Wait? Say what?? If Pash is part of the legal team that goes before the judge, you know he's going to have some explaining to do..

Even that doesn't seem to speak to the full extent of it. The NFL's own website states that the investigation was to be co-led by Pash:

I still can't imagine even the biggest Patriot hater big business judge could possibly let the NFL have this one. It's just such an absurd case. Goodell didn't do anything right. He wasn't even allowed to let Vincent hand out that punishment.

They already have a judge in both NY and MN, not sure how they resolve which location will take the case.

EXACTLY!! That's why you put the "broken" phone in a drawer somewhere and you get another phone.
When you are the target of a very high profile investigation and a MAIN sticking point of that investigation is your phone and the calls/texts that were made on that phone you DO NOT dispose of that phone because when you do you open yourself up to all kinds of speculation.....and deservedly so.
