What does "liberal judge" mean? He's a Living Constitutionalist I assume?

You guys do know that Brady is a right wing, right? ;)

Maybe not:

@LoechnerNFL It means that the Judge in NY wants the NFLPA to respond to the lawsuit by 8/12. That's unusually fast.

As long as hes not neo liberal. Union wont come out well there.

Based on my facebook I'm pretty sure that a 'liberal' judge is one who will hide the fact that our President is an illegal immigrant who commanded a battalion of unionized gay ISIS freedom fighters who shot down the world trade center with ebola-infected Bruce Jenner bombs after finding the Trade Center plans in Hillary's email server.

How dare you!!!!

Refrerred to Caitlyn as "Bruce".

OK guys, let's try to keep this non-political. The court info is important and I don't want to have this moved to the dregs of the PoFo.

I understand Florio used the term "liberal" and he obviously meant someone who may be more tilted towards the employee vs. the employer.

I'm not blaming anyone for taking his bait on this, let's just keep in relevant to the Brady-NFL case.

thanks.

I prefer to take that as a good sign. I was worried about an injunction being filed on time. I would assume the sooner the better?

You can look at it the other way and he is screwing the NFLPA by giving them a short timeframe to put together an appropriate response.

I agree. Get this show on the road. I bet both sides could have everything then need and argue by Monday.

I hope Kessler didn't have a vacation planned cuz it just got postponed.

Brady's team has presumably been preparing for this since the appeal. If they're really caught flat-footed by only having 14 days, then that's pretty much on them IMO.
