Let's all forgive Bob Kraft

I always disagreed with the Kraft-backlash based on this. He tried to let it go last spring because: 1) he knew he wasn't getting the 1st rd pick back no matter what and, 2) he simply didn't want to fan the flames of this whole annoying PR fiasco by dragging it out in court; because that means playing Leagal-speak games in a court of law in order to 'win' a PR game and influence public opinion.

...and Boom. That's exactly what Kraft pointed out today. He specifically criticized the way lawyers are taking this thing over and are making it far worse than it needs to be. That's what happening now. That's what Kraft was looking to avoid last spring (especially if you can't win back the 1st rd pick, as opposed to Brady who can win back those 4 games). Tom has to put up with this junk, and it's going crazy.

Good for Kraft, if it's going to be a PR mess, at least make it honest and direct to the point.

Bob Kraft baby

He did it for Tom Brady. He was willing to let it go so Brady's punishment would be lessened. I believed it then, and I believe it now.

I bet he even had a secret handshake deal with Roger Goodell. Goodell is such a snake.

I'm proud that he came out with this statement.

I personally believe that he should file a defamation lawsuit against the NFL today. The Patriots should also start to attack Goodell personally.

There is one thing that we can do which will make things interesting. The season opener is big, I would threaten to forfeit that game and refuse to play

I'm psyched that Kraft made such harsh statements and regrets his decision not to fight, but I still don't understand how he failed to see that this was the direction the league was going in. It was plainly obvious to me that this was nothing more than a witch hunt and that Goodell has zero integrity. I guess Kraft was to close to the situation to see the forest for the trees.

Let's not forget this in our rush to forgive. 7/9/2015 Sun Valley Idaho.

This line, coming from one of thirty two says it all to me:

"I was wrong to put my faith in the league"

I have been on record as being disappointed by his May bomb, but I never wavered in my support of the guy that kept football and the Patriots in New England.

It's on now and he is far from done people.

The appeal date is conveniently gone, and at the owners meeting when they should have been discussing getting rid of Goodell after another goat f*** Kraft hugged him and secured his job- again. The man simply cannot judge character, and he appears to have wild emotional swings. Next week he'll be licking Goodell's boot claiming he wants to save the league.

I'm glad He's currently in a fighting mood but don't get too excited, it's early in the day, his testosterone therapy probably hasn't worn off yet.

What more could he possibly do?

If he were going to sue the league, he would have said something today, because he said that he and the organization wasn't going to be talking about it anymore.

Not fully. I accept his apology but true forgiveness comes once action is taken. That said, this is a very good start.

Made the mistake of listening to analysis of Kevin Walsh of CNNSE. He still doesn't believe Brady because why wouldn't you give over your phone? He also thinks Brady's FB post in which he says "I did nothing wrong." is wordsmithing and if he didn't do it he would have said that. Can we add Walsh to the idiot list?
