OK. I'm almost 44. I could easily be out of touch.

I text about 10 times a day but email and IM/IRC/Slack easily over 150-200 times a day.

Since TB12 isn't camped in front of a laptop or iPad all day I guess it's reasonable.

I text about once every two months and half of them are "k." Seriously don't get the concept. You can talk on those things.:D

I got my 70 year old father an iPhone for X-Mas.

Only person I know who texts with perfect grammar, spelling and punctuation. :)

I wish we still had the ROFLMAO icon!! I can not stand when someone doesn't answer their phone but immediately responds to my text....now & then sure, but some people refuse to answer their phone.

So I text them...."Pick up your frikkn phone or I'll drive over there!"....my brother lives a mile away!

I'm looking forward to hearing what Kessler has to say, there's three sides to every story and we only have one as of now. If there's one thing I've learned through this soap opera is that things are not what they seem. I laugh at the people overreacting to every new bit that comes out.

This is why i love don Yee. He's very careful about what he says, but also uses language that smokes out political game fixers and whiners like Polian. Watch Polian's bs.

Polian is still butthurt from the way Brady trashed his teams over the years.

He cares nothing for the false leaks about PSI leaked by the league to his network, or the false contentions in the Gardi letter to the Patriots or Blandino lying about knowing about the ball complaint by the Colts before the AFCCG.

F Polian and the horse he rode in on.

He was on the rules committee and pushed for the change of emphasis that allowed peyton and his soft team to win their only title by prohibiting most pass defense techniques.

Statement from Tom Brady's agent, Don Yee:

"The Commissioner’s decision is deeply disappointing, but not surprising because the appeal process was thoroughly lacking in procedural fairness.

Most importantly, neither Tom nor the Patriots did anything wrong. And the NFL has no evidence that anything inappropriate occurred.

The appeal process was a sham, resulting in the Commissioner rubber-stamping his own decision. For example, the Wells investigative team was given over 100 days to conduct its investigation. Just days prior to the appeal hearing, we were notified that we would only have four hours to present a defense; therefore, we didn’t have enough time to examine important witnesses. Likewise, it was represented to the public that the Wells team was ‘independent’; however, when we requested documents from Wells, our request was rejected on the basis of privilege. We therefore had no idea as to what Wells found from other witnesses, nor did we know what those other witnesses said.

These are just two examples of how the Commissioner failed to ensure a fair process.

Additionally, the science in the Wells Report was junk. It has been thoroughly discredited by independent third parties.

Finally, as to the issue of cooperation, we presented the Commissioner with an unprecedented amount of electronic data, all of which is incontrovertible. I do not think that any private citizen would have agreed to provide anyone with the amount of information that Tom was willing to reveal to the Commissioner. Tom was completely transparent. All of the electronic information was ignored; we don’t know why. The extent to which Tom opened up his private life to the Commissioner will become clear in the coming days.

The Commissioner’s decision and discipline has no precedent in all of NFL history. His decision alters the competitive balance of the upcoming season. The decision is wrong and has no basis, and it diminishes the integrity of the game.”

There are two or more litigations in prospect.

a) An appeal of the NFL penalty process. This may or may not provide a time to decide Brady's culpability for any wrongdoing, and turn on jurisdiction.

B) A possible Defamation suit by Brady against the character assasination appeal for the capricious actions of Roger Godell and his subordinates. Interesting enough, the possibility for success is remote due to the Law. But it is unneccessary to spend an exorbitant amount, as Discovery could suffice to establish the unethical actions of NFL Office personnel. Brady can choose to call a halt at any time, having exposed these actions.

C) A remote possibility that Kraft may sue the NFL for actions damaging his franchise. He could seek the removal of Roger Goodel as Commissioner, and damages.

You know it's pretty bad when Ryan Clark comes off as the most balanced person there and even he was still anti-Brady.

For Brunell, Polian and the woman on the panel, why didn't Richard Jewell/Gary Condit/the Duke lacrosse team/the UVA fraternity members just admit it and come clean? Everyone thought they did it, so just admit it.

He made a big mistake in his statement that Roger rubber-stamped his own ruling. Took the argument that Vincent did not have authority to issue the discipline off the table. Not a game changer but pretty dumb move conceding that the original ruling came from Roger in his press release. No point in giving up any ground when this is headed to court.

It's crucial Tom wins in court but honestly I'd like to see him win some public perception.

I understand why you'd want that. We all would.

But the fact of the matter is, that's not going to happen. The NFL made sure of that the second they came up with the sting operation.

I never really thought of that until I just reread it.

Wells was allegedly hired as an independent investigator. When Brady's people asked for said information regarding certain witnesses he had no right to claim privelege.

Just more ammo in the wagon.

And he was already on retainer by the NFL before he was appointed, and he assisted in the discipline and appeals process.

So far, this "independent investigation" has been run by an NFL attorney, and adjudicated by the Commissioner, with the appeal of that adjudication heard by the same Commissioner.

Really, what a disgusting panel. I'd love to see espn and nfl network collapse along with goodell. get some sports reporters on instead of people that should be doing the wrap up for the Kardashians.

The morons will come around after super bowl 5 and realize they've been duped. Real football fans know what's going on.

Goodell will never allow the Patriots to hoist another Lombardi we will see so many non calls against the Patriots and we will get calls for so much PI it will make us sick.

nflpa will still attack the nfl that vincent made the ruling.

That pisses me off so much. Used to have a friend that would always text 'sup?' after he let my phone call go to voicemail. I wanted to text myself to him so that I could physically strangle him.
