Someone told him it was OK to do what he did. I am not a lawyer, but I know a lack of evidence is not an admission of guilt. At least not in the U.S.
So onwards and upwards we go. We all suspected it would happen. Now we know.
I also love how the NFL drops these bombshells out of nowhere the day before the suspension is upheld.

Yep and Goodell said that it was impractical because it would take too long

100 days on the investigation
23 days to schedule appeal hearing
35 days to rule on appeal

But collecting the information that your originally wanted and punished Brady from "withholding" would take too long.

Also any chicken little idiots reading this, learning that Brady got rid of the phone doesn't suddenly make ideal gas law and science non-existent. But keep believing the nfl ******** spin. The fact that they were in ny federal court filing something to forum shop should tell you the nfl is very scared the suspension will be overturned if it is heard elsewhere.

Brady's case will probably revolve around procedures , but I hope they'll also be able to get to the bottom of the sting conducted by the Ravens, Colts and the NFL. More embarrassment for the NFL.
