So what has Brady been hiding?

That Brady has been stonewalling a bit seems evident.. However, that does NOT imply any kind of guilt in the matter of PSIgate. So we might as well speculate as to what he was hiding.

1. Nude pictures of his famous wife? (Nice conversational point, which I've already used, but to be wholly literal I doubt it.)

2. Candid pictures of his famous wife, and of his tabloid celebrity self? (Very likely.)

3. Other confidential information about his family? (Almost certainly.)

4. Business dealings of various kinds? (Surely.)

5. A few messages sent along the lines "Hey guys, is there any truth to this crap?". (That one is quite possible, and raises the possibility that he's really protecting somebody else.)

6. Lawyer/client, PR/client, etc. communications, legally privileged or otherwise? (Very likely.)

7. In particular, communications with the NFLPA? (Probably.)

Destroying one phone and not the other was dumb. Not immediately saying he'd destroyed the phone was dumb. But those details aside, destroying your phone records, if you have the legal right to do so, could have all sorts of different reasons.

NFL has no right to look through his phone. F'em.

I don't think he's stonewalling. He won't show them his phone, I wouldn't either. The messages to my wife alone are enough, but so is principal. Anyway, I think Wells would have claimed no cooperation if Brady refused to let him search Giselle's snatch.

All these suggestions are NOTHING compared to what his phone is ACTUALLY hiding. "Sources" tell me that it's "well known across the league" that Brady has been trying to construct a receiving core behind the backs of the coaching staff. An article back in late 2013, alleging that TB had reached out to some former WR's via text lends credence to my accusation that the QB was maliciously trying to phase out his receiver core in favor of one full of savvy vets that were collectively over the hill. And you know, if Brady wanted to secretly build a new WR core, who's to say he didn't have designs upon inflicting that very same scheme upon the rest of the team.

Fortunately, the league was on it, and stopped this nefarious plot from coming to fruition. Leave it to the likes of Roger Goodell to stand up for what's right, and sweep the little things under the rug (such as domestic abuse, tampering, concussions, evidence of sting operations, etc) in favor of focusing on what REALLY matters: the INTEGRITY of the game..

NFLPA wouldn't support him if he gave up his phone. Also, I think his agent, a lawyer is pretty smart and confident in what he did.

with all the leaks and lies an missteps, I don't think trusting them would have been expected.

I know it looks bad but I would have done the exact same thing. I own a business. I have a family. I have friends. I have parents with medical issues. I have private conversations with people I trust. I'm sure 99.9% of the people reading this post have the same life dynamic as I do.

Add to that an entity that is hell-bent on making you look bad, trying to frame you and destroy your credibility and legacy. Plus he one of the most famous people in the world who is trying to protect his privacy and his very famous wife's life.

Under the circumstances, seems very reasonable for TB12 to destroy his phone to me.

He did not have to show the NFL his phone. But, he didn't have to destroy it! And it looks bad. Rather than focusing in on the inappropriate four-game suspension, the public at large is associating it with the four game suspension. Furthermore, because now this case is in the federal courts, his attorneys R probably telling him not to talk about it.

How do we know he isn't funding an illegal dog fighting ring?

Whatever may have been on his personal device is none of mine nor his employer's business.

It's "more probable than not" that Brady is "at least generally aware" of the plan of the Reptilian elites to blow up the ocean.

12 game suspension in addition to the 4 game one, loss of a the 2nd and 3rd rd picks for 2015.

A number of people, at least in the media, had been coming over to his side. A lot of them are backing off. Even Jerry Thornton said he can't fathom why Brady would do that the day of his meeting with Wells.

Well would you want a sketchy guy like Goodell getting his hands over nudes of your supermodel wife?

I was listening to WIP in Philly this afternoon. Were they talking about the suspension? Of course. But they were talking more about the destroying Of Brady's phone.
