This case should have a national ripple that impacts federal law.

One main issue at hand is how a system of judification can be established in the United States of America in which a court of public opinion and a entity within it's borders can trample upon he rights of any citizen. We have a national play before our eyes that has never occurred. We can now see the inner workings of how corporate law and private entities can operate outside a system which has been established by our forefathers.

The law has become twisted to the point systems can work within the system under the umbrella of legality to engage in practices which are not American.

Collective bargaining agreements should not allow corporations to act outside the law. Think of how the average citizen is unaware and how individuals can manipulate such a system.

Whether Tom Brady is guilty or innocent in my opinion this should open a nations eyes to how our economy has been ripped apart by allowing the law to be twisted so our rights are no longer recognized. How an Ox Bow incident can play out on the television before us, it is Orwellian.

Hope someone reads my rant.

When will someone see we can not allow entities within to manipulate to the point our constitutional rights no longer exist. It will only allow the factors within to overpower this great country.

What have corporations done to us?

New England should stand up and fight the injustice. Tom Brady should not be made a martyr, for some day it could be any of us.

I don't think so. We're certainly not going to remove people's ability to have private contracts because there's a dispute, a yet to be settled dispute. And if the ability to contract were removed and delegated to a bureaucrat then it would be a far bigger issue because you can't take the issue to court. Also, if "corporations" contained such power they would just lobby to control the bureaucrats that make such decisions, increasing their power a hundred fold with full federal power.

Imagine Roger Goodell in charge of the NFL oversight committee, taking in donations from the Jets and Colts and slapping a gag order on Brady and a jail sentence for contempt. No thanks.

This is more then a dispute. It is a court case before the public.

No one should be subject to abuse of the law.
