He did a great job hammering home that no where in the CBA does Brady have to give his phone etc... This is all the NFL has and all today's ruling was about. As long as gets to fair federal court, this shredded IMO

The optics of having destroyed it hurt. He would have been better off saying "I am not turning it over" and "it's my personal phone"

From paragraph 3 of Goodell's ruling,
"On or shortly before March 6, the day that Tom Brady met with independent investigator Ted Wells and his colleagues, Brady directed that the cell phone he had used for the prior four months be destroyed."

So when is the video going to be posted online? I wanna see Chatham! He's awesome!
