And POOF! There Goes the NFL Complaint About The Cellphone Up in Smoke!

OMG it's SOOOO impractical!!! Don't you know we have been at this for 6 months already? That would take like.... a whole day! We don't have time for this.

Now please wait 35 days for my decision.

So, in summation:

Brady named and listed the people whom he texted.

Will Chris Mortenson or the NFL name the person who was the "league source" for the purposefully wrong PSi information?

Exactly WHICH party is the one not being up front?

This is a pretty big deal. Brady said, "Here's all of the info you need to obtain whatever evidence you want. But you will not, nor will you ever, get your hands on my phone."

Brady was clearly cooperative, but not subservient.

Brady: here's everyone I spoke to via text or call in the timeframe specified, and their contact information should you need any further info, whether that be specific texts, call logs or whatever you need.
Goodell: holy crap, you mean you want ME to work? I already paid Wells $5m for this sh*t. Appeal denied!

By the way, if Brady really had saved a spreadsheet of the date, time, length and addresses of the texts and offered it to the NFL, then that means he did NOT attempt to erase the evidence - - he saved the info for the league and was willing to tell them with whom he communicated and that he had no problem with them getting that info as long as the people on the other end of the texts gave their permission.

He merely was more forthcoming than Wells (who hid behind "client privilege") or Mortenson (who is hiding behind the "not revealing source" right of the press).

Oh man, that means you might have to call like, 20 or 30 people. How impractical.

Considering it took them nearly a month to figure out how to announce a decision that was made before the hearing even occurred, it probably did seem impractical. A moron can only speak from his perspective.

Maybe the phone had a Kraft sex tape. That would explain everything.
Like this nauseous feeling that suddenly came over me.

Still shouldn't have destroyed the phone. Or even if he did, should have just kept it at you can't have it. This is the spy hate tapes all over again.

Maybe he had an Ashley Madison app. Too soon?

Lets get real here because you provide a list doesn't mean that is all you texted to it means those are the ones you provided. No verification. Just too many irregularities, Tom. You are the GOAT and I love you but hire someone smarter than you to protect yourself.

It would not be practical to track down a few people to get their consent to read their personal communications, but it would be practical to look at them without their consent and without having us do any work

gotcha, Roger
