Bob Kraft Depreciation Thread

I don't remember him saying he'd made a deal. Oh, I remember. That came from Felger! I'd suggest not trusting anything from Felger in the future.

I thought he had had to make a deal no one would fold like a cheap suit as he did without a deal.

Note that Goodell explicitly mentioned in his letter that Kraft didn't appeal, using that to imply that something actually happened.

I thank Bob for everything he has done. If it weren't for him, the Pats would not be the great team that we have today.

With that being said, it's time to retire you old fool.

Bobby Kraft hoped "he helped Tom Brady" by bending the knee. What we didn't know is that Bob meant he he hoped he helped Tom Brady learn humility and respect before the ginger hammer.

Which was always how that was going to shake out. I'm sure all the chuckleheads that didn't see the writing on the wall are going to be blisteringly silent now that it's all played out. That said, I've not clicked on any NFL link, purchased any NFL product, nor watched any NFL broadcast since this debacle went into overdrive. I'm glad to follow along here because a part of me is curious how it plays out, but my divorce from the NFL is complete and I have to say I'm REALLY glad. No sense going around being mad about this. This is what the sport has degraded into. I'll be fine with my memories of when it was decent and fun. Billionaire boys' club doesn't deserve my attention or my dollars.

Best of luck to TB12, though. Not his fault the system he plays in is startling disgusting and corrupt.

Kraft's ******** antics used as evidence against Brady, I'm sure nobody saw that coming.

Honestly, I'm willing to bet that's why he did it. Goodell explained that he needed to bend over and take it in order to weaken Brady's (and the NFLPA's) case against the NFL. And since Kraft cares orders of magnitude more about the 32 than he does about his team, his quarterback, and the fans, he was all too happy to roll over.

Remember when the site Kraft apologists lectured us that Kraft's surrender was part of a deal where he used his influence and abject cowering to help Brady out behind the scenes unknown to us peons?

I'd like to see more folks weighing in here, because Kraft's INCOMPREHENSIBLY EGREGIOUS wimping out/mismanagement on multiple levels has been fundamental to this sad saga. As furious as I am at R. Stokoe Goodell and the league office, I'm equally livid if not more so with our own PudgeBob. How can anyone have confidence in this man at the helm of our beloved team going forward? I'd pay money to hear what BB thinks of his boss tonight.

All of you make me sick. Roger Goodell is your hero and Bob Kraft is the bad guy. Seriously?

He got stong-armed by the the NYJNFL-suit-and-tie-mafia-FO, the media and the other 31. The threat of a BB lifetime banning and Tom destoying his phone forced him to capitulate.

Blame everything on Kraft and ignore all other circumstannces. Sounds reasonable.

If you don't stand behind Kraft, Bill and Tom then you stand behind Roger, Kensil, Vincent, Pash and the rest of the POS a-holes at 345 Park Place.
