It was 5 days between release of Wells Report & Brady's suspension. It's now 35 days (& counting) since Brady's appeal hearing.

This whole thing is making me mad again. I wonder what brady must be going through.

Does the NFL* really have any ethics left? Hell I probably would have thrown my cell phone down in huge anger if they accused me of all of this BS as well.

If NFL kept any penalty, they were upholding all of it. Stated grounds 4 any reduction is 1st court ammo against them,validates Brady's case

Brady would never admit he destroyed his cell phone.

Even if he did, all he has to say is he lost his phone or he dropped it & replaced it.

The word Destroyed came from Wells or someone else at the NFL.

Why not just restore it to factory settings, which wipes it clean?
That is what they do with recycled phones & any 6 year old could do it.

The first time Brady talked with his attorney, I am sure the attorney mentioned the cell phone. That is one of the first things an attorney will ask about.

Their are plenty of legit excuses for not having the same cell phone without positive proof the phone has been restored.

Idiots that don't understand that destroying a cell phone doesn't destroy text messages are on par with the ones that don't understand that air pressure drops in balls when the temperature drops.

Stephen A has always been a clown. It may or may not be true, but until someone credible reports this, there's no reason to take it seriously.

The difference between ESPN and TMZ? TMZ is better at reporting the facts and their reporters are more accurate. Looks like I can add ESPN to the websites (HELLO NFL) I will no longer visit.

I'm surprised no one has come up with the idea that maybe Brady just, y'know, accidentally broke his phone in the last couple months? I mean he's posted videos of himself jumping off waterfalls and sh*t. We know a guy like Brady is regularly engaged in activities potentially hazardous to a thing made of glass and aluminum. It's no stretch of the imagination to think he may have just accidentally busted his fragile iPhone recently and had to buy a new one. Then when they asked about the phone at the appeal, Brady could've just said "oh yeah, I actually broke the screen on that recently while cliff-diving, had to buy a new one." Then the NFL holds this information and leaks it right before upholding the appeal, stating "Brady destroyed his phone". Technically true in this case, but the implication they are trying to make (that he destroyed it due to guilt) is nowhere near accurate.

I mean seriously, there's a reason there's so many "iDropped" repair shops and all that crap everywhere. These devices are fragile and people break them all the time. Brady is human just like the rest of us.

It would be nice if Brady posted a photo of his phone on Facebook and said its the same phone he has used for the past year and is still using.

TMZ is way better than ESPN, it is not even close, they aren't biased either. ESPN has some of the most biased media members in the history of radio and television.

Sort of like giving Bruce Jenner a courage award, they only care about gaining noteriety the integrity behind that means nothing to them.
