So... the first mentally handicapped President?

While I'm as liberal as they come, this article screams "I hate Goodell so I'm going to project all the policies I disagree with on him"

When Quail misspells a word it is national news, when Obama does it no one is surprised.

We should all change our tune. Let's start telling Goodell how great/smart/talented he is and that he really was one of the cool kids growing up and not just the little ginger tattle-tale he was.

He has a big ego, should be easy to convince him to step down and run for president.

Loved this part:

Supreme Court
Goodell’s likely position: Prevent an “activist” court.

How would a President Goodell make sure the Court didn’t undermine his agenda? By putting himself on the Supreme Court. In the NFL, he is the police, the prosecutor, the judge and the appeals court. As president, he would no doubt seek the same kind of ultimate authority. Would that be constitutional? Of course not

He's Hitler.

Actually I think that's not as far fetched as it sounds. I think after Roger Goodell is no longer the NFL Commissoner, he will run as a U.S. Representative or Senator for the Republican Party like his father Charles Goodell did previously. If he is elected, I can see him taking a shot at running for President in the distant future. If this year is any indication, pretty much any Republican can run for President. Woody Johnson the owner of the Jets is a major fund raiser for Republican Presidental hopefuls. Roger Goodell would probably be a front runner to receive campaign contributions from Woody Johnson's fund raising.
