Can't make this stuff up

As a general rule, the most ethical, integrity-driven people I've ever met never felt the need to talk about how much integrity they had.

The people who grandstand all over the place, telling everyone who will listen that they're all about integrity, class, doing things the right way, etc... those are the people you have to watch out for. They always, always have none.

Just like any investigator will always tell you the surest sign a lie is coming is when someone says "Look, I'm going to completely, 100% honest here. This is the absolute truth; I don't lie; I'm an honest person. Now, I'm going to tell you what happened, swear to god, the truth is..."

I just did a wiki on Vincent. What a pos. Hope he chokes on the chalk.

Leadership and character? You mean like this?

Joseph Jones was later found guilty of sexually assalting a female client while working for Vincent and that Jones "had been previously charged with sexually assaulting members of the public through massage" and that the Vincents and Essence LLC "failed to investigate whether ... Jones had a criminal record, history or background or to even question him regarding any history of having been charged with sexually assaulting massage clients prior to his employment."

The Vincents also failed to supervise Jones and caused the assault, the lawyer asserted in the suit. Efforts to reach the Vincents were unsuccessful, but their attorney, Keith Harris, said the case is in pretrial hearings.

Or how about this? While serving as the President of the NFLPA.

Moran alleges that Vincent “had been meeting with and corresponding with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell secretly, without Mr. Upshaw’s consent or knowledge, or the consent or knowledge of any other top NFLPA officials.”

Or this?

At the time of his death Upshaw believed Vincent, from whom he had been estranged for at least the previous five months, had launched an unsuccessful coup to oust him in March of 2008.

To which Vincent responded "I didn't even know what the word 'coup' meant," Vincent insists.

Previous articles in various publications questioned Vincent's outside business interests, his link to a congressional inquiry into the NFLPA's selection process and an alleged security breach caused by an email he forwarded to his business partner that contained confidential information about player agents.

You know, between ISIS, Goodell, global warming, Deflategate, reverse racism, rampant over-reactive political correctness, Bruce-Caitlyn Jenner winning a courage award and the Jets, mankind's escalating de-evolution has been all but confirmed.
WTF does any of that have to do with "mankind's escalating de-evolution"?

This is such an idiotic post.

SNL needs to do a running skit on the NFL front office. There is so much material there.

I want to see Goodell swimming in a room full of gold like Scrooge McDuck while played by a mentally handicapped person. There is just so much material for a mentally handicapped Goodell.
I want to see Kraft dressed up as the Gimp from Pulp Fiction.
I want to see Brady's hearing acted out like the witch trial in Monty Python's Search for the Holy Grail.
I want to see a fatty carry a bag of balls into a bathroom with mission impossible music and watching him fumble it up. Chris Farley would have been perfect.
I want to see them invite Ron Jeremy on the show to do skits of him running investigations with an Inspector Clouseau theme. You know who that's a reference to.
I want to see Mike Kensil and other minions played by buffoons running flubbed up schemes to frame NFL greats.

There is so much potential comedy there.

I haven't seen too much comedy on SNL lately.

Unlike most other folks here you apparently didn't understand it, which makes YOU the idiot for responding negatively. It just zoomed over your head ... Ah yes, I see contrails off in the distance.

One question. Will his failed coupe attempt to steal control of the NFLPA from a man dying from terminal cancer be covered in the leadership, character, or career portion of his lecture?
