Atleast Watt is 1. Best defensive player since LT.

Agree with others that Rodgers is becoming Manning part 2.

Finally a defensive player #1 eh?

JJ Watt is a great player, no doubt. But I like the fact that we always completely take him out of the game when we play him.

Both AR and Watt are excellent players. AR is very accurate and has won a SB. Watt is disruptive and he could be in the NFL as a TE.

None of them will be what Brady has been throughout his career - but they are both worthy of being ranked very very high on that list. SB won that SB for us. Thank goodness we have him.

3 and one and dones. Brady still sitting at only 2.

And those 2 one and dones were during the 1st two years of the rebuilding of the team.

I wouldn't agree with that, Rodgers was injured in the playoffs, and they lost to Seattle because of cowardly play-calling by their coach.

I can see Rodgers ahead of Brady, but Luck? Luck is still the most overhyped and overrated QB in the NFL. He is a very good QB, but not elite yet. He makes far too many mistakes. I think he is going to be Brett Favre 2.0. Yes, Favre was the best QB of the 90s (faint praise since the 90s QBs sucked overall compared to other decades) and a definite HOFer, but I don't think he could have held a candle to Brady, Manning, or Rodgers.

jj watt? seriously...all of his highlights are against afc south fodder.
all of those teams have garbage o-lines...when has jj watt ever made a play in a big game? sorry guys the td against the raiders doesn't count/neither does the fade against cleveland..

..of course the" nfl network " ****s on tom with deflate gate. tom better file a lawsuit for defamation.

He was fine in the NFCCG.

But it's not just last year. He's been mediocre in every postseason he's been in with the exception of one.

Starting to feel the same about Rodgers as I do about Manning now. The guy can have all of the regular season acolades he wants, but you can't put him ahead of the GOAT.

rodgers had one playoff run. nothing else.
got lucky this past year to get past dallas.

6-5 playoff record. lol

if brady played instead of rodgers green bay wins comfortably. wilson was so terrible for the most part, yet rodgers couldn't take advantage.

Peyton Manning is #5. Too high.

It's funny. Last year the spin from a lot of the preseason publications was that Manning was still on the top of his game while Brady was on the decline because of age. Some of those same publications are saying the same exact thing this year even though Manning showed significant signs of decline and Brady was on top of his game after the first four games and the o-line stabilized.

You might have a point. I don't follow the Texans closely, but I can't remember him having these monster games against any of the top teams. Maybe I'm wrong.

I know one thing for certain - he's always a nonfactor whenever he plays us.

He was on Adam Schein's list which is what started this entire thread.

Oh right. This thread turned into an NFLN top 100 discussion, so I completely forgot what the original purpose was. My bad.

Teams win/lose games, not just the QB, without an incredible play by Butler everyone would be talking about what a loser Brady is.

It took a fluke play for Seattle to even be in that position, AFTER Brady led the team to the biggest 4th quarter comeback in SB history.

Rodgers made several poor throws in that Seattle game last year, and he's been fairly mediocre in the postseason for most of his career.

You really should watch that game again if Rodgers was as great as everyone claims he is he finds away to sore TDs getting starting inside the Seattle 35 3 times (twice inside the Seattle 25), he also throw a terrible interception in the end zone on the first drive trying go at Sherman.

Also let's calm down with the injury, didn't hear a peep about the injury when he was shredding the Cowboys in the 2nd half the week prior.
