I agree.

The thing that Moore has going for him is his size. 6-6 and now 275. He can line up inside and outside. How much he has improved and how good he is is a different question.

It's between him and Grissom. I like Grissom as well.

I've read that Moore looks more like 290, by Reiss, I think. I doubt he weighed him, but they know what these guys look like and that's why I think Moore might be a wild card.

Fact of the matter is, we don't know who's a reach, a steal, who has a third arm or anything else except where they were or weren't drafted

To add to the weight in point that you made. Any weight for a player that is taken after the draft, and is placed on the internet should be seen as "It could be right, or it could be completely wrong". Daniel Jeremiah who works at NFL Network used to work for as a scout, and the scouts where in charge of weighting players. He said that several key players just put their head in the door and said a number and they just wrote it down. Which would explain how Wilfork has kept the same weight all these years, even while being noticeable thinner or fatter between the years.

Oh, I've always known that intuitively. What i'm saying is reiss and probably others have noted that Moore is significantly bigger and have guessed 290 lbs now. They see the players next to each other and can compare who looks like a linebacker and who looks like a lineman.
DL Zach Moore: The 2014 sixth-round draft pick out of Concordia is listed on the roster at 275 pounds but he's now closer to 290. That added muscle/bulk is significant, because it likely means Moore will be vying for more of an interior role along the defensive line, where his height (6-foot-6) and wingspan (33 3/4 arm length) could cause havoc in the passing lanes. Moore was drafted, in part, because of his standout physical traits and the possibility they could be harnessed into something greater.

I should have added that what I wrote was more an(to me) interesting addition to this whole player weight thing, and to show that it's really hard to know a players weight, because even the roster weight can be pure crap shot.

Wait, are you saying that wilfork wasn't 325 all these years? I'm so disillusioned.

PFF should be taken with a grain of salt of course, but I found it interesting that they had listed 3 players
whom I would've drafted:
#5 - CB JaCorey Shepherd (instead of Matt Wells, who likely would've been available in the 7th round);
#7 - DT Michael Bennett (instead of a feckin long snapper);
#10 - OL TJ Clemmings (instead of 7TH-round talent Grissom).

I also would've given very, very serious consideration to #9 WR Jaelen Strong, but in the end would've
gone with either CB DJ Smith or CB PJ Williams. Jordan Feckin Richards was simply disgraceful.
