I get that there is a lot of hate for Univ of Texas in the Big 12 - all their rivals in-state, Oklahoma, Nebraska hate them....Longhorns had so much control they almost broke up that conference.

But why does Massachusetts hate the Longhorns? Not offended, but it just does not seem to make sense. Do people up there link Lonhorns with the JFK Assassination?
