In fact, in his statement apologizing for the suspension, McLain mentions the Patriots:

“I apologize to my family, the Cowboys organization, my teammates and Cowboys fans for my mistake,” McClain said. “I will not break the rules of my profession in the future, and I regret my error. I look forward to returning to the field on week 5, when I hope to help my team beat the Patriots.”

I think everybody who's had a player suspended, a "gate," or other League* action against them, should print up a T-shirt with a picture of the QB's hands under center and the Shield in the position of the ball about to be snapped saying "Protect the Taint"

Findings

It's not even about that, it's the lying and the cover up. If Gates would just own up to it it wouldn't be a big deal. Now he's made it a big deal. Just own up and apologize. We know you did it, we don't have evidence but we don't need to.

furthermore, i think the game would get a lot slower and smaller and less exciting if they completely eliminated PEDs........they would look more like regular guys, albeit athletic guys, running around out there
