My favorite part of those back and forth comments is Rats fans, in light of all the evidence presented to them (most notably science) still believe Brady cheated. Remarkable.
Regarding Jet's fans, you can fix a lot of things, but you can't fix stupid.

The Jet's fans reaction is priceless :)

Links plz

What i don't understand about all this is if the league is all jets fans trying to help the jets beat the pats, why hasn't geno been suspended 4 games?

Gates is claiming he used Hollistic medication to get better from an injury, thus a positive reading on his drug test. Richardson used Ass-holistic medicine.

Pot very well could just be an excuse. NFL doesn't announce what drug he took. Nobody admits to taking actual PEDs when they get busted.
Good point. We have no idea what he was taking. Could have been anything other than HGH.

heh...looks like another Dog RayRay Afternoon in the green swamplands, eh Mitchster?

Not true. There are separate designations for being suspended for violating the league's "substance abuse" policy and the PED policy.

Yeah, as others have pointed out, that policy has changed now with the different designations between general "substance abuse" (Richardson's case), and PEDs (Antionio Gates). The world now knows whether or not it was due to recreational drugs or PEDs.

The new excuse will be like the one that Antionio Gates gave yesterday: "I took a supplement and didn't realize that it contained a banned ingredient."

The Jets cheating? No it must be a mistake that's not possible:p

I do not think players should be suspended for smoking some blunt ... a stupid policy.
If there has to be a suspension then 1 game for a 1st offense and 2 games should be for the 2nd ... up to 4 games for a 3rd or more. Players are way better off chilling with some blunt rather than booze ... IMO of course.

Im sure one day it will be taken off the list but right now every player is held to the same standard regarding the chronic.

Pretty sure this was for peds though. If it was for weed then this was his 4th offense.

Peds is automatic 4 games.

Not sure what happened to 3rd party appeals from that article? Oh yeah, good***** circumvented that one just for us.

It was announced as substance abuse which means non-PEDs.

I know if I was unfortunate enough to have been drafted by the Jets, I'd probably be lighting one up every day too. Poor bastard.
