Good list...On number 10, I'd ask what Donald Yee did -- Why was none of Brady's testimony included in the report. Was it to bolster the claim that Brady did not cooperate?

Everything he did was to create noncoop charge because he had nothing else.

Look at the context report and read how the pats made everything available -- video, employee phones, countless employees to interview, etc.
All of which must have been very frustrating.

They had agreed ahead of time to a single interview of the ball guys, which was a condition he agreed to and would have been prepared for after spending weeks of prep with dozens available on his staff for this $5m case.

So, the pats, always accomodating, said a 2nd interview might be ok if something new turns up.
He does the first interviews, then tells them he needs a 2nd with jastremski, which they go along with.

All he was doing there was pushing, as no new material was brought up -- he was just wasting everyone's time so they'd shut him down on the next request.
He then requests that further interview of the deflator, and of course they now draw the line and say no, although he could maybe submit the questions or do a phone tbing, but they never hear back on that cuz he already got the no he was fishing for.

At least he got in a 7 hr interview with the deflator about using the bathroom, right?
So, the explanation of 'the deflator' text was.......i guess he didn't get around to it.
Claims he didn't notice that one since he only bothered to check back a couple months.

Oh, but 'deflate and give jkt'....!
That one was in november, right?
Oh yeah -- he didn't get to that, either,....with either guy.,...in 3 interviews.....cuz he had planned to ask at the 2nd deflator interview --- that was never agreed to and he knew he wasn't getting.
Uncooperative!!

Whatever they agreed to he would've pushed for more until they finally drew a line somewhere.

I guess that turned out a little longrr than i expected

As you know, @ViperGTS and I are trying to use social media to expose the NFL and encourage people to take action and demand change. Just four days after creating this petition, we have gained 1,298 supporters in counting. We have also started our own facebook group and have styled ourselves as a grassroots community (Fans United For Accountability - FUA). We have even been fortunate enough to receive the attention of Stephanie Stradley of the Houston Chronicle Online (albeit in just a tweet). We've listen to several of our supporters online. And Pats fans are grateful to finally have an outlet to direct their frustration and outrage!

We've been trying to expand ever since. We want to keep our momentum going. We feel we can go viral and attract hundreds more to join us. If that becomes the case, we hope that the media will take notice. But whatever we do or attempt to say, our ultimate goal is to encourage politicians to look into the NFL, and put Roger Goodell and his lies in the spotlight. We not only want Brady and the Patriots to be cleared wrongdoing, we want Roger Goodell fired! We want to clean up the mess that is the NFL! It's just that simple.

Currently now, we are drafting a open letter to Congress. Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution gives Congress the power to regulate inter-state commerce. That gives panels like the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform the jurisdiction to look into just about any sports-related issue.

So why do we need your help?

While @ViperGTS and I are putting together the letter, we need your help in completing an online pamphlet that we've start on Google Slides. This will be our first official publication. It's a simple way of defining our position and reaching a wider audience.

The outline is already in place - go to this page and you'll see what we've already started.

This is an open document, which means that anyone can comment and make edits. Follow the guidelines in the comments I made, and use your best knowledge of deflategate to finish what we've started.

I can't stress enough how important it is to get this slideshow done! Let's all chip in as much as possible and try to finish this by Saturday.

Remember to follow this link And when making revisions, try to be respectful of other people's contributions.

We are counting on your help!

Great idea.

1) Cut the amount of text by about 70%. Make one or two very simple points per page (2 lines MAX per point--perhaps with mini-links to longer exposition of those points). Otherwise it reads too much like a long rambling manifesto by the unabomber rather than a professional presentation.

I didn't read it all, no way someone who is anti Patriot will read it all.

2) The quotes at the beginning make it come off like an internet kook rather than a professional (esp Kurt Cobain).

3) Once these changes are made, I would go over it again gladly, but not until then.

Should probably make a slides how exposing vincent and his wife for the frauds that they are.

Keep in mind guys, Google Slides allows you to post comments. Good thing to take advantage of!

I'd prefer not to remove anything until we get everyone's contributions. Once that's done, I'll go through and sift through the text to see what's necessary and what isn't. But if you can post articles that go in-depth, that would be a great help!!!

Point taken. Let's focus on getting the truth in there first. But that's definitely something to consider

Do you have quotes in mind that are better? OR should we get rid of them? If so, make a comment on the slide.

NOTE: Make additions, but please don't eliminate what other people have posted. I will revert anything that is removed. Please be respectful of people's contributions by not removing them (that goes for my own too!)

Thanks guys! :)

github would be perfect here

I'm pretty busy this week so I'll look at what I can and when I can. I agree with the idea that it maybe could be a bit smaller. I would limit the question answers to several sentences with a link to an article about said subject or a reference article. It needs to be informative without being overwhelming. Most people's attention spans are about 2 minutes so that's why the Facebook page is being kept simple. People can look at what they want when they want.

R u the same poster who organized the "free Brady" demonstration At Gillette on a Sunday... Mother's Day?

You mean the one that occurred on Memorial Day, right?

I agree, we shouldn't overwhelm or intimidate people. My hope is that the slide is a reference people can look at - it doesn't need to be read all at once.

Whatever
It reminded me of the anarchistic Occupy New York and/or Occupy Boston

LOL, I wasn't the organizer. But I was there! The short black guy with dreadlocks, wearing a blue shirt:p

Don't hesitate to help. Pats Nation needs you!

Git is a version control system so people can make edits without the organizer losing the main thread. Github hosts git.

(That said, Git is actually not good for slide shows, but more for text: anyone know of a good VCS for slide show type presentations?)

I must say, this is all pretty exhausting. I really need your help
